warm, fresh and yummy. friendly and efficient staff. staff prepare fresh donuts of your choice. please allow 5+ mins for donuts preparation. prices are little high though but given that they are freshly baked and coated, its worth it.plenty of car parking spaces near by.
Ordered a dozen for pick up on Doordash. Ordering online was easy and straightforward. Pick up service was quick. In and out within a minute. Donuts were fresh and delicious
The donuts are good, prices are super high, coffee is mediocre. The biggest issue is the waiting. I've never been to a donut shop that takes 25 min to fill an order. Three employees walking around, maybe they ran out of donuts? I'll go elsewhere.
Always a pleasure at this location. My favorite ones are chocolate frosted with peanuts and cinnamon sugar. Love duck donuts!
Went on Sunday morning around 830. It took them 25 minutes to make 6 cups of coffee. There's absolutely no reason that should have occurred. And that's on top on the 20 minutes we were already waiting for a dozen donuts.Your workers were struggling with the coffee machine across from the registers. Train then to operate it or replace it. And the store was not unreasonably crowded or anything like that for it to take so long. There's absolutely no valid reason I should have spent 45 minutes waiting. Completely unacceptable. Hire some ex chikfila workers or something to smooth out your order processing times.
Tim hortons can do better donuts! I found the donuts overpriced and the ice cream not THAT amazing. There were way too many options for donuts/desserts I was almost confused.
Our first visit at this location and the donuts were delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Of course parking is a problem as every location in this shopping area. It would be nice if the offered access to their restrooms. Needless to say do not take your blood pressure meds prior to a visit.
The other day duck donuts really irritated me and I came on here and left a one-star review and slammed them left and right. Today I had to go by there again and I have to say the difference between that and tonight was like night and day. I received an order for pickup as a driver and I came straight here. When I arrived the store was closed it was 8:20 p.m. the store closed at 8:00. The young man inside that answered the door was extremely respectful. He in no way seemed irritated that somebody had placed an order at the last minute as they were trying to leave. He immediately knew the order I was speaking about, thanked me for my time and gave me the order. I don't know if he was the manager or not in all honesty he looked very young but this is the type of person that you want to work here. This is the type of person that you want to push up and build with your company. I wish I would have caught his name but all I can say was he was a young African-American male probably about 18 or 19 years old or even maybe in high school you know honestly I'm bad with telling age. I'll be back, thank you for tonight. Thank you for making it so easy for me to just do my job tonight. I appreciate you 1000% and I hope that whoever runs this franchise or location sees this and finds out who that employee was, just look on the clock and the camera around 819 p.m.
We had a horrible experience when RICKY refused us service after we politely asked, if our potty trained daughter could use the bathroom. My daughter really had to go and she couldn’t wait to go anywhere else, so we took her anyways. We were paying customers that come every weekend and he still refused us service because we took our daughter to use their restroom . I would like something to be done about this horrible experience. My daughter didn’t received her ice cream and was shamed for using a restroom that he stated was only for employees and couldn’t make an exception for a 3 year old. We love the fresh donuts and the shakes and we want to keep enjoying them but with Ricky’s repugnant attitude we won’t feel comfortable coming back
I usually go to duck donuts with my kids. I was not happy with today's experience.I bought donuts and I asked 2 cups of water for the kids. The lady told me they don't serve water. She also told me to buy bottle of water. It was not a great customer service.
