Ordered 4 pizzas, garlic knots and sodas for special occasion. I did curbside pickup on Friday at 6:00. The store was very crowded inside and out. Long story short, they finally brought my stuff at 800pm. I literally flew home to feed starving kids. And realized they left out one pizza. I tried calling the shop. No answer..over and over and over. Until midnight. No answer. Next day I called to ask for refund and complain. The guy answering said he couldn't authorize a refund. There was no manager, there was supposed to be one coming from another store Monday to help. He said situation was so bad night b4 they shut down 900pm. Called Monday and was told by "manager" I had to call Corporate office ..which I have several times band completed online form. To date I have received nothing. I want my $10 or a replacement deep dish pizza please. And $100 for the total screwup and aggravation. Not a happy ending..
took over 2 hours and I drove there. store packed. nobody and phone. then when you call it doesn't even ring. I ordered an Xtra pizza at 625pm. so 4 total plus sodas knots etc. And finally 800pm got them. Didn't even realize one was missing. Mother Father,. Never again. oh lady in car by mine said someone inside said they got a big order for 100 pizzas. Shoulda shut down online and phone.
I understand that on a Friday night they are busy, but that does NOT excuse the quality of service that I received tonight. I ordered a pan bbq chicken pizza, and parmesean bread twists with the five cheese sauce. First, I spend 40 minutes sitting outside the restaurant waiting and waiting for my order. FINALLY I got a notification that my order was ready and the 2 minute timer started counting down. For SOME reason, the timer STOPPED AT 54 SECONDS and I got no notification other than it was on its way to the car. No it wasn't. I waited another 15 minutes before I decided to go inside and get it myself. They didn't even acknowledge that they messed up. I finally get home with my food, and open up my parmesan twists to find that the sauce is a burnt, dried out pile of cheese that is not useful for anything. Not only did I get scammed out of my "free pizza" for waiting more than 2 minutes after my food was allegedly ready, but I also got a ruined cheese sauce. This is unacceptable.
Ordered for pickup today, upon arrival after around 15 mins my pizza was not even in the oven for whatever reason. I was in no rush, so I just waited out calmly in the store, minding my own business until until my order was ready, showing no complains, no sad face whatsoever. Without any words about it, when my order got ready, instead of calling my name at the counter, the gentleman brought my pizza in the customer area and handed it to me, then offered me a free drink. Can't feel more satisfied with his level of professionalism and thoughtfulness. The pizza itself was also great: a decent amount of toppings on their delicious crunchy crust. Definitely found my new favorite Dominos branch in my neighborhood. Thank you, Gentleman whose name I forgot to ask! :)
I placed a large group order for 11 pizzas online several days in advance. I had the email that confirmed my day and time. When I got there at noon, the pizzas were not ready and the worker didn't know anything about it. We looked in the system and they had it listed to be picked up at 5:30 that evening. This was almost $170 worth of pizzas that a group of co-workers were waiting on. The only thing that saved the day was the sole worker there, Michael, who whipped up all 11 pizzas in 30 minutes by himself. Lesson learned to call and verify the day and time long before you need the pizzas.
I asked for no green peppers not no meat. The sandwich has no garlic butter on top of it so basically it’s a dry bread sandwich. The chicken bacon ranch has no ranch. I am honestly shocked because I have ordered these sandwiches from other locations, and they were always delicious. Do not order sandwiches from the Woodbridge store because the meat portions are a joke.

What a joke! !! I asked for no green peppers. The sandwich barely has any ingredients on it. They forgot to put the garlic butter on top. It’s basically a dry bread sandwich.
Store Owner should be ashamed! 2 teenagers running the store. 26 orders ahead of me. Then when I asked if I could just pick up my order instead I was told my order would cost more! Plus my card would have a double charge on it for a few days. I have ordered from this location for 20 years on a very regular basis. I will look elsewhere. Your delivery personnel are great but your customer service is appalling since you choose to leave it in the hands of inexperienced, overworked teenagers with no customer service experience.
The Domino’s pizzeria over at Mapledale Plaza really puts in the work in properly preparing and delivering a delicious pizza pie. No complaints on my end. In fact, they have a team of young high schoolers that I would love to mentor and give advice to for a better future and staying in school. You all keep up the good work! I’ll post pictures next time I stop by. Cheers!
