Ive had several issues with this store over the years, from drinks substituted with no warning, items missing.. Tonight, I placed an order at 5:19 PM.. The confirmation email I received stated an approx. delivery time of 40-50 minutes, which would have been around 6:10. At 6:36, I called the store and was told it was on its way.. At 7:06, I called again and was told the driver was in my neighborhood and would be there soon, that traffic was the reason for the delay. My order was finally delivered at 7:50, 2 1/2 hours after I placed the order. The store is less than 10 miles from my house, no amount of traffic would cause this long of a delay.
I ordered Domino’s a couple months ago and received a pizza that was only partially cooked. I was hoping my experience this time would be better. It was (my dough wasn’t raw) but it was cold, had very few toppings, and virtually no sauce. I am understanding of the long waits due to driver shortage, but that should not affect the quality of the cook. I will stick with Vocelli’s now.
Was hard to locate as is a very old, but a very busy area off Route 1 (Jeff Davis Hwy). Location is a R turn, into the shops area, just before the EXXON Gas Stn.... if you're driving northbound. Also, is a busy small parking lot, small crumbly pot holes when you turn in. Dominos Pizza had a 50% off Pizza Special, if you ORDER ONLINE! So, lots of ACTIVITY in this small parking lot! Deluxe Pizza & Cookie Brownie was good! Cold Sodas available, too! I got Cherry Coke. Yummm.
HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND. Food is nasty. It’s always either burnt, has too much tomato sauce, soggy or not enough ingredients. When I say UNPROFESSIONAL. I called because they got my order wrong. To justify it they made ANOTHER wrong order and thought it would satisfy but I do not eat pan pizza. So I couldn’t get a refund on pizza I cannot eat. I spoke to Irena. She is trash and makes pizza like she does it with her eyes closed. She sat on the phone yelling at me that my pizza was correct. She got defensive as I was speaking expressing it was wrong. I honestly don’t understand how this location is still in business.
Ordered a pizza online ,and wait for 3 hours, the lady was very rude her name IS IRINA, SHE ASKED ME TO GO AND APPLY FOR DELIVERY DRIVER THERE BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ANY, AND THEY STILL TAKING ONLINE ORDERS , I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND NOW I GOT TO WAIT 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS .. THEY TOOK MY MONEY , TJEY DIDNT DELIVER THE PIZZA AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS. HONESTLY THE COUNTY SHOULD SHUT DOWN THE PLACE FOR DOING FALSE ADVERTISING BUSINESS ,, TAKING ONLINE PEOPLE MONEY AND NOT TREATING THE CUSTOMERS THE RIGHT WAY,, I WILL MAKE SURE TO COLLECT ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO HAD REVIEWED THEM AND GO TO THE COUNTY TO SHUTDOWN THAT BUSINESS AND TEACH THE OWNER OF THE PLACE HOW NOT TO STEAL PEOPLE MONEY AND PROMISES
Every time you order from here it gets worse. I ordered online and my pizza wasn’t even prepared after an hour. Wasted $3 coupon on the pizza. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

I ordered delivery from this store 1 week ago. They ended up calling me stating they don’t have delivery drivers and they had to cancel my order. I tried to give them another shot today. I checked the pizza tracker and over an hour later it still showed prep. I called the store to check the status and was told they had to cancel my order again due to the lack of drivers. I’m truly disappointed in my experience. They should set up the system to not accept delivery orders if you can’t complete them. Moreover, your customers shouldn’t have to wait over and hour and have to call you for you to tell them you can’t complete the order. You should be proactive as I’m not sitting her with hungry kids who’ve been waiting. I guess I need to switch to one of their competitors for good service.
Delivery on a Monday evening was over 45 mins. While watching the app they supply, I watched the driver go several places before bringing my pizza. Unacceptable. And they want to charge a delivery fee and the driver is expecting a tip? Really?
