The manger is a creep I didn’t believe it until it personally happened to my best friend he offers jobs to underage girls before even taking their food orders he said “ we both have kids let’s date and other things he shouldn’t say to an underage girl also I saw that this isn’t the first time this has happened he has gotten physical with a girl and touched her areas a man like this should not be a manager or anywhere near children.

Ordered a Reese’s blizzard with cookie dough and received a Reese’s pieces cookie dough blizzard. When I let the cashier know the blizzard was wrong, he argued and raised his voice at me in front of other customers and told me I was wrong. Won’t be coming back. Poor customer service and rude employees.
This order, the heath bar blizzard (large) doesn't have any candy in the lower half and no fudge throughout as ordered.Last order the heath bar blizzard didn't have any heath bar and instead they added chocolate shavings/rectangle chips.

I go to this DQ at least once a week for a blizzard. They make the best blizzards. They're always busy, because they're that GREAT!!!!
Just a great location with great people. The blizzards they made us where just so dang good really. Just one of those places that just hits the spot really and this DQ location delivered!

Hi, I had to write this review due to my experience yesterday. How many of you have ever had a soupy blizzard? Well, yesterday was the first! And the crazy part about it was the guy (in the black shirt) said this was normal - as if I have never had a blizzard before. I thought if it sat overnight in the fridge/freezer it may thicken up...that didn't happen. I'm so disappointed that the guy did not utilize any level of integrity and remake the blizzard. This must be a new team because I have never experienced this before at this location. I'll go somewhere else for my ice cream cravings going forward.
