The pace was very busy. Lots of people in line, however the employees were serving the customers very fast. I had the fact there are no seats to eat in the store or outside. Otherwise good customer service. And very good ice cream. I enjoy every time I go.
Place an order with DoorDash and they brought the order with an item missing, wrong sizes on the rest of the order. I called and was told that needed to bring back the ice cream to correct size issues. Unbelievable! Manager was not present and staff did not know how to resolve issues. Worst experience ever!
I requested half Vanilla and half cotton candy it is 75/25.I hate it when you find out at home after driving 10 miles.
I was enjoying a medium French vanilla bowl until I found this gem hiding in it and almost puked wondering if I ingested somebody’s hair. We also ordered a large cheesecake fantasy bowl, and a small chocolate dipped strawberry bowl; so needless to say ALL are getting thrown away. Gross.
Ice cream was good as always but we sat there waiting and watching our ice cream that was already made sit on the counter and melt while other customers behind us were served. Even said something and was essentially dismissed. Poor customer service.

I went in there last night with my 2 children and I had one young man help me. I couldn't see his name tag but his name started with a D. He was very patient with my kids and I. Great customer service!
I was told to wait for another employee to help me, while manager proceeded to try and assist the people behind me. Why? I'm next in line? Then she was rude. Then...she doesn't know how to make a mud pie mojo.
Ice cream is good but it should be free to be honest......
Staff is on point and patient. I see people (Karen's) give them a hard time enforcing COMPANY POLICY and they handle it professionally.
