I put an order in the app and when I went I went to pick it up it was not in the pickup area. Talked to a crew member gave them my name and told me that it should be out there. Surprise apparent some Jen stole our order. Dumb design to have the pick up separate with no one checking orders. So they had to find my order and redo it. Figured should not be long, just a chicken bowl and kids quesadilla. After 10 minutes I asked the lady who was doing take out when is she going to do my order since she was not obviously doing it. The girl in the line was making and so I waited and additional 5 minutes when I asked what the hold up was she looked at our order and said it was ready. I checked our order and it was missing items. So had to go back in and complain. Employees need better training. There were 3 customers and 3 line employees. So they were not busy
Horrible service , everytime I order there is something missing or not added to my order.
This is not a negative review to the workers at this establishment, they are very friendly, hardworking, and I wish them the best. However, this IS a negative review to the corporate shills at Chipotle that have not only increased their prices, but have also lowered their portion sizes. $14 for a steak burrito that's the size of my hand? Don't spend any more of your money on this greedy, moronic company.
Always an issue. Missing items, missing ingredients, bowls that look like someone already ate half of it. Tonight we placed an order and 30 minutes later were told the order was canceled. No reason, no explanation. Done with this location. Never again.
Literally the slowest Chipotle anyone can go to. They have no shortage of employees for dinner rushes, the ones in the back are literally just standing around. The employees up front do not care at all about getting orders out quickly neither. They didn't even put a fork in my bag after waiting 25 minutes. Go there during any point after 3pm any day, and you'll share this experience with about 10 other frustrated MOP customers like I have. Just avoid this one at all costs.
I generally like Chipotle but this was not a good experience. The service was exceptionally slow.When we entered there were about 12 out 12 to 15 people ahead of us so they were quite busy. It literally took us more than 20 minutes to play is 20 minutes to place our order. The problem was they were filling Internet and call in orders at the same time with the same people. There was a couple who came in about 10 minutes 10 minutes after we arrived and they were smarter and used their phone to place their order and were served significantly before significantly before we were. Note to management : You have a significant operational issue that needs to be fixed.On the plus side the food was good typical Chipotle food.
This is the worst Chipotle on the East Coast. This is not hyperbole. They are never on time with their online orders. Ever. The food is never made right. Go to the one across from Target near 95. And if they’re closed, skip Chipotle entirely. It’s not worth it.
Was not happy with the presentation of what I ordered.Was about to sit and eat what I ordered and to see this and then post about my disappointment is sad!I do think I’ll order online for them again
Terrible with mobile orders. Even though the staff stopped making any food they were not passing out bags. That's when I knew my food was ready. I then had to ask a second time about my order as the first I was ignored. The girl at the register said oh its ready but I had to take care of customers in line first. So it was ready the whole time I was there sitting there in the back with a bunch of other bags! This happened last time we did mobile only it was super crowded and by the time we got our food I waited an hour, it was completely cold it sat so long! Im wondering how long I and others there would have continued to wait today had I not asked her. I told her need it now. I did not want cold food again. She went back grabbed a few bags started calling out names. Getting mobile orders are not priority for them. They need really need a better system if they are going to continue to offer this service
