Skip this location at all costs. The staff/management here are truly incompetent. This location has had countless issues every time I’ve given them a chance, dumb on my part I know. Today they gave our order away, were going back and forth with my husband about how it was already picked up, not offering to remake until he requested. Remade our order after almost 15min of back and forth, remade them incorrectly missing several ingredients, skimped on serving size for all of the food, no refunds or anything for their service. One time in the past, cardboard was in my bowl. So, yeah, skip this location because it’s TRASHHHH.
This was a Salad with Chicken order online to go pick up! Where is the salad? Worst prep from this location to date!
The worst cutomer service. Just left right now. When I went in the store no customer before me. Four lady staffs did not greet , say nothing , head down and doing what they were doing seems like making online order. After waiting for 7 mins one lady asked me what I want. I order then proceeded to check out. The cashier lady held me while she finishing the online order with bare hands , no gloves, without saying nothing. Then she scratched her neck and then she touched my food. I asked her that I will pack my food by myself because you don't use gloves and you touched your body and I made payment. She did not give receipt. I asked the receipt again. Did not say thank you or other words. The worst customer service. This is the first time for me that location. Normally I go to Stafford market place. Never come back again this place.
This location will always make your order immediately, even if you ask for it to be made at a later time. Your food will be cold if you don't pick up your order within fifteen minutes of placing the order
Horrible Service!!! I came in on a slow day, not many customers in store. It was my turn in line and I ordered for my daughter whose on the Keto diet, I asked for the Cauliflower rice. Immediately I was ignored by the employee. I had to repeat myself multiple times because she kept ignoring me. Finally when I got her attention, she responded we don’t have that anymore. So instead I told her i’ll get the Steak Keto Bowl that is on the Chipotle menu. She didn’t know what that was, None of the employees knew what that was! It was on there menu. So I went ahead and told them what it had and then i got ignored again and she serves the person behind me!! How rude!! I asked for her attention and when she finally served me there was no one on the cash register.The employees were chatting away someplace else. So unprofessional!I highly do not recommend coming here. I Will not return.
I normally dont dine in but today I decided to doIt, when I started to look for a table to sit down.i went to the corner by the exit and this is what i found . Very disappointed with today’s experience. This location would be a no forMe.
Honestly, I don't know how this place is still in business. I have been there twice and both times EVERYTHING - the meat, beans, peppers and onions were stone cold. The only thing in the order that was hot or even warm was the tortilla that came on the side. Never going back.
My wife and I like to drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this one versus the one next to our house or the one in the mall. This one always has the freshest ingredients and the biggest portions without having to ask for them to add a little extra to each. I've never had bad service here and it's clean and quick.
Exelent Burritos, dinning area always need attention, best thing is to take out. NEXT time we go, if i see different I will change post.BLESSINGS
