Avoid this place! Absolutely the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Complete embarrassment to the chain. 8pm on a Sunday night, all the doors were locked (had to be let in by a customer inside), long line with people complaining about how slow the process was. I ordered my food ahead and it was on the counter and not on the togo shelf. The food was terrible, specifically due to the chicken being over cooked. Had to throw it away.
There is just issue after issue with this location. Today the issue was that I ordered burrito, which the tag clearly acknowledges, yet got a burrito bowl. Often my order takes way longer than the online time I was given. I get that it is an unforgiving, tedious job (I’ve worked for chipotle before), but I can’t understand why the issues at this location are so constant. Please train your people to pay closer attention.
I can't tell if Chipotle is popular again or this location is just so busy/understaffed that it's always crowded and slow.I placed an order using the app at 7:50 p.m. The app told me my order would be ready at 8:00 p.m. I arrived at 8:10 p.m. to a packed Chipotle, with 25 people waiting for pickup orders. The walk-in order line was also long. In the time I was there I watched the walk in order line cycle through every 30 minutes. My food that was promised at 8:00 p.m. was not ready until 8:59 p.m. in addition to the slow service the staff was completely inattentive, placing orders on the counter where it was difficult to access them in a crowded store and check for your name. They also failed to announce names when they fulfilled orders or provide any updates to the customers on where they were in the queue, leaving it up to the helpful customers to yell out names or share order times. will not be back
I just had a terrible experience at this location, they were really busy, I completely understand that, but people in the line should be a little nicer, like at least pretend like they want to be there. Food was terrible, they didn’t had white rice and when they put white rice on the line was not cooked.!!! Like seriously people who does that..! Lots of people were leaving after getting told there were no more tortillas for burritos, I would like to get my money back .! Because this is not acceptable.
Ok, I ordered for online delivery and I recieved the wrong order. I tried to rectify it using the app but that was not happening. So I had to go to the store to get my order corrected and their response was that they had too many people with my first name and that's how the orders got messed up! They need tondo better!!
HORRIBLE! staff are rude and inattentive, and lazy!! mobile orders are often late and incorrect. they gave me chicken and pinto beans when i ordered steak and black beans in my bowl. they often only fill your bowl half way or less! awful service and awful food. officially done with this location. wish i could give zero stars.

The worst Chipotle I've been to - staff are inattentive. Cashier casually dropped my burrito into the paper bag and crushed the bowl underneath. In retrospect, I regret tipping $5 cash. Food was ok though.
Love other chipotles, but the 2 in dale city just can't seem to not mess up. The one time we order pick-up and the order is actually ready, we get home and the containers are nearly empty. This is a double steak salad. $13 for a third of a containers worth of food. I get experiences may vary at these places but this is insulting.
