From what I'm seeing in other recent reviews, I am not alone in saying I had a miserable experience here, for starters, the place was at 20% capacity and everything took forever to get out. Secondly it easily took 30 mins to get my beer after I had to change what I got because apparently they changed lines, fine, whatever, but if I have an issue you'd think that they would quickly run over and grab it but no, 15 mins to get that to me AFTER the mess up. Food was average at best , more appropriately below average. Like I said it wasn't busy and my food want even that hot. Chicken was ok, my wife got the ribs and couldn't eat half of them because they were all fat and gross. My quesadillas were just greasy tortillas that weren't even halfway to Being toasted . Waiter was friendly but barely attentive, never even cleared out app plate.(especially considering the 30 minute beer time). And the cherry on top , the stupid terminal they make you pay through wouldn't let us leave less than 18% tip on this whole crummy experience. And wouldn't let me complete a survey in restaurant, so here I am in Google , tearing into them publicly which isn't my normal response. We have been customers for YEARS and likely won't be back , we were excited to come out today, and my only wish is that the crew that worked today lower my casket into the earth at my funeral so that they could let me down one more time
Although the place was super short staffed, and because of that there were some errors made in different tables, our server was great and gracious while they were trying to make it work. Food was great!
What can I say about this place. First off we didnt get drinks for about 30 minutes. Second took forever to get our food and multiple plates of food were forgotten. Not that busy but very slow. Then once we finally got the food they were cold. To top it off we saw a roach crawling on the wall near a booth. We took pictures and show manager and he said we dont have them. He was very rude and unprofessional and stated "they just dont want to pay for the bill". He never once apolgized for our food being forgotten even though he was aware. We will never go to this place again and the kids are the ones that food was not made.
This is the worst experience we had with a restaurant. We didn't get to order our food until 15 minutes after we sat down. The food took forever to get to our table (about 1 hour) , and they still forgot some of the food we ordered. The food they forgot were from kids menu and but they didn't seem to care when we mention that. The kids food were the last to come out.But to top it off, before we were about to pay the bill, we saw a cockroach crawling on the wall next to our table. We got the manager to come out and he tried to deny it until we showed him the picture. But he won't apologize or anything instead said we were trying to get out from paying the bill. Then he disappeared and never came out again. Very unprofessional!!! and Yes we paid but we will never go back to that place ever again!!!!
Waited 15 minutes, no sign off any service. Manager walked by me twice and didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Terrible service, better to go to businesses that appreciate customers.
We sat for 15 minutes without being even spoken to. The waiter was not very good nor was he personable. The only saving grace for the whole visit was the runner. He was a nice and personable kid and he did his job REALLY well. They should let him manage the place. My kid spilled her drink and he was right there, helping out, instantly. Two of those stars are for him. The food was good, southern is that.
Arrived on Feb 6. Service was good, food service prep was bad. My daughter got platic wrapping inside her Chicken sandwich. Showed/Told waiter to tell Mgr. Don't know if Mgr was told. Mgr never came to table to acknowledge. Chilli tasted like canned Hormel. Won't go back
Today I had the best dining experience I’ve ever had at Chili’s because of Wayne. He was so awesome. He was very attentive and brought things he thought we would need or like in advance. The food was fresh and it was a joy to have him as our waiter.
I would usually give a great review when the food is great but the service (aside from Mike the manager who took care of us) was horrendous. After DoorDash cancelled our order we called In as instructed to figure out what was going on and what we needed to do to get our food being that it was my sisters birthday and we have no power. After calling and being “disconnected” and calling in again there was a bunch of miscommunication, DoorDash called chili’s and got “disconnected” finally after RE- ordering and paying for another meal we went to pick up the food and the To Go cashier felt the need to stand 2 inches away from my face while asking (Credit or Debit) then proceeds to yell at a customer who already ordered his food yelling “THE KITCHENS CLOSED” The customer said “well I already paid for it…” And walked out. This kid was severely disrespectful and the food was not their finest. Once we got the food home we realized we had all the incorrect food or it was under cooked. I will not suggest this place for anyone in the future.
The waiters are great and customer service is good, it's clean and has low wait times.
