Very disappointed. Specifically stated the food allergy when I ordered in the drive through. When I got home, the allergy wasn't annotated on the receipt, so gloves probably weren't changed, so wife didn't eat. My order was made wrong and my daughter got fried instead of grilled nuggets. Called the store, no answer, tried again, same result. Filled out online survey, no response so far.
Just had a pleasant experience today, Friday, June 10, during a very busy time (around 5:00pm). I ordered through the app to pick my order up inside the restaurant. When I got inside I marked in the app I was there so they would start my order. After a few minutes the app told me my order was ready and a team member would be calling my name soon. About 7 minutes pass and one of the team members comes to me and asks if I need help because he noticed I had been waiting awhile (about 10 minutes). I told him I was just waiting for my mobile order and he asks for my name to look it up and he can’t find it. He then asks me to make sure I ordered at the right location and we confirm it was for Lake Ridge. He takes my order number and finds my order which was sitting on a counter for a few minutes (totally ok because the restaurant was extremely busy). Just wanted to write the experience I had and give kudos to Zach whose nameplate said he is a team lead which he absolutely should be. Thank you, Zach, for taking time even when it was busy to take notice and get my order to me!
The speed of service has slowed to a snails peace in the past few months. Usually when I ask for a certain (reasonable) number of sauce packets this location gives me about half of what I ask for and then must walk in the store to get the rest. Today when I asked for four they didn't give me any sauce packets and when I asked again they refused to give me any more than three. If margins are that right then raise prices or charge for sauce rather than refusing your customers' requests.
I’ve been coming to this location for a long time I paid for two nugget meals with large fries not only did they not give me my 12 count nuggets but they gave me medium size fries I Brought in my receipt and my bag and I watch the guy say he gave me everything! They then only gave me a 12 count nuggets I realize my order was wrong so I had to go all the way back out I will never return and would love for someone at this brand to contact me thank you
I've never dined in but only had food delivered from this outlet many times. And I'm always amazed by how quick their delivery service is. Granted I live fairly close to the place but it is still impressive when the food is at your door barely 20 minutes after you order it. They've always gotten the order right and it is properly sealed when delivered. Kudos to all the staff at this branch for doing so well with their deliveries!
Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The service is excellent. My order is always correct. The employees-order takers/cashiers/servers are always polite, friendly, and professional. I trust Chick-fil-A to be as close as can be to healthy fast food.
They served my sister a salad with a dead fly in it that she unfortunately did not see until she had gotten to the bottom of it. When she tried to call to speak to someone about it, someone picked up the phone and set it down but never answered. She attempted to file a complaint with corporate but was informed that this location is independently owned. The rep she spoke with said someone would call her back within a day or two and it’s been three days and still no call, and no apology at the very least which is ridiculous and disgusting. This is NOT how you treat customers, independently owned or not!!! I will tell any and everyone I know to never eat here again and they will never get another dime from our family. Do better!!!
I made a purchase of 2 grilled chicken sandwich standard from Drive thru with one large fries and one large lemonade... I took the order to my kids school cause they asked for Chick fil-a. At I did gives the order to the school office and went back home while I keept the lemonade.I realized that the lemonade isn't what I ordered and they did handed me a different orde 1 standard chicken sandwich one bacon ? chicken sandwich and large fries with a mix tea and lemonade.One of my kids called me and told me that his sandwich does have bacon. I went back to chick fil-a and spoke to the manager I showed him the receipt and told him this is what I ahve order and this is what I was given ... He said I can replace the drink for you but for the sandwich you have to bring the old one ... I was like dude I just drove 4 miles from my kids school and you are asking to drive back bring you the sandwich to switch it? Just give me one Sandwich i will drive back give it to my kid and bring you back the old one you will save me time and trips ... He said no this is not our policy ... I was like if I do what you asked the kids lunch break is almost over and they is no way I will make it to them... He still insists to drive back get the sandwich so two trips he will give me the new sandwich and drive again another 2 trips so I will be wasting 5$ gas and time on a 5$ sandwich? This is the most low customer service I even had ... The issue I'm a regular customer for that chik fel-a and I have been buying my sandwich from that store for more than a 10 years .... I never had any complaints or any issues in the past but this manger (kid) he may needs some training and some common sense.
Pick up an order for 6 people and asked for the maximum number of ketchup, honey mustard BBQ, and Chick-fil-A sauce only to come home and find 1 ketchup, and 3 Chick-fil-A sauce. Not happy at all. I used to say that Chick-fil-A is much better than McDonald’s in not forgetting sauces but I guess all fast food are the same.
By far the worst chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. I’ve had multiple issues with them. I ordered curbside one day and it literally took 30 mins for them to bring me my food outside after other people had showed up and received food and left. No apology no nothing. I go there today to order a salad with no cheese due to a dairy allergy and they told me they can’t do it when it’s been done before and also been done at other chick fil a. They are slow as hell and don’t bother changing stuff on your order because they aren’t willing to do it. Oh and don’t expect a my pleasure. Absolute worse chick fil a
