A little disappointing as this was my first time with a bad experience at Chick-fil-A in general. We did a curbside pick up order while we were 20 minutes away. We arrived and we still had to wait an additional 10 minutes on top of that. We ordered a Grilled Chicken Meal with a Fruit Cup and a Chicken Wrap with Fries. Sometimes they can substitute the chicken with the crispy spicy chicken and I requested the fries to be extra crispy as well.We ordered honey mustard with the Grilled chicken and I asked for ketchup with my fries. I was told that the wrap was pre-made so no substitutions could be made which was fine. I was unaware that it was pre made. The fries were a little soggy though. They also gave us only honey mustard and no ketchup. The individual who brought out our food seemed like he didn't really want to be working and walked away before we could check our order. Overall, disappointing at this location.
I went to this Chick-fil-A on 04/16/22 just to be specific and I ordered a few things and this mac and cheese was on my order and suddenly I saw something strange in my food , it was a hair in my food, they have to be more careful with that, many people eat their food and at least they should do things clean.
This place was extremely confusing with two rows going around building marked drive thru. We first drove around building looking for parking space, there were none. We got into drive thru and after finally getting up to window, a menu was held by an attendant. He was not allowed to let us hold it where I could even read it. My husband found first thing he could read and ordered it. I got strips and fries without a look at menu. We left area with attendant just walking away telling us to pay. We followed around the building because there was no other place we could. We had to ask another guy where to pay and he walked over and said to pay him. In a minute someone shoved a bag at him which was apparently our food. The fries were soggy, the strips were not so great. My husband said the chicken sandwich was passable. I was not the least bit impressed with service, food or the production they made of a drive thru line. This place will never see our business again.
I tried to call the restaurant but the number keeps ringing busySo I came to make a review not sure what's going on with this particular Chick-fil-A but this is the second time that I have ordered food and something has been wrong. this time box crunched up shoved in the box in and other nuggets just dropped in the bottom of the bag with the sauce on top.The last order fries were cold old and the brownie that I ordered was hard as a rock.
Really impressed with the service! Nana (cashier) is so friendly and has a wonderfully positive attitude! He made our whole family smile! Food was consistent to the quality we are used to with CFA. Thank you for a great experience
This place is different from other locations. I recently moved here and it's totally different here. First off, if you come here expect to wait.... they are in no rush to serve you. It's kind of weird because the company is known for fast service. Another thing is I heard my first cuss word ever at Chick-fila by a Chickfila employee as I was driving off. Last thing I want to mention is that after waiting almost 30 min, I received cold fries (not warm at all). After I called in and complained they took the old fries back in the building (big no no during covid) and never once apologized for the inconvenience. It's evident that this location does not have the same standards as other locations. I will not be returning.
Ordering via their app was awesome. I could just wait in my car until the app notified me to go to the front door. Food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and timely.
I frequent this location alot. It's always a solid place to go. They never mess up, they are quick, they are efficient, and even if you see like 30 or 40 cars in line, you'll get through quicker than a McDonald's line with 2 cars.
I am on my way back from a road trip and can honestly say that this is the BEST chick fil a I have ever been too, their work and organization is very impressive and the staff is absolutely amazing, I felt blessed being able too eat from this chick fil a!
The manager (Tad) on duty was extremely rude and dismissive. He had my mobile app order incorrect at first, missing 2 of 4 items and when I told him he went to got the rest and didn’t add the sauces that came with the order. I asked for the sauces and as another agent was about to give it to me, he stopped the agent and said I am giving you only one. I was asking for what I ordered and not charity so I tried to show him my order but he dismissed me and treated a loyal customer rudely. I didn’t take it any further as it is not worth my time arguing with some one that is not a professional so I left with my partial order and filed a complaint with customer care. I have always held Chick-fil-A to a higher standard on customer service but Tad has provedme wrong and has left me with a bad taste for Chick-fil-A.
