It's Checkers. I'm not expecting amazing food, but at least get my order right.Don't order from here through delivery app (UberEats, Doordash, etc.). They will get your order wrong. Delivery drivers should also avoid taking Checkers orders. I increased the tip for my UberEats driver because he waited a while for my order, but a lot of people won't be that generous.
I waited 15+ minutes in line at Daniel Stuart Square, Woodbridge Virginia 22191. When I got to the window to pay, I asked for the HOT fries that the guy was bringing up. PLEASE. The guy said ok. I paid and asked did I get HOT fries and he stated he said they HOT. He then said I have to take your bag back. I said NO with COVID, I don't want you touching my food. I asked why can't you just take the fries. He just stood there and my husband said just give him the bag. I did, with regret and he said pull up. We pulled over and waited. They bought the food out and the pies were dumped out of the packages, fries all over the greased bag, out of the package. They played in my food, during Covid. I asked for the manager and waited another 10 minutes. I asked the guy where is the manager and I'm standing in the cold. He stated that he's in the bathroom. I said not for 10 minute. I asked for a refund at that time. If the refund paper is a joke I'm going back again. The kids working thinks life is a joke.
Good morning I'm glad I stopped by here today when I say we received AMAZING customer service from the manger ( I forgot to ask her name) she was on top of her game offered us deals and gave us fresh cooked food ( we didn't wait longer than 5 mins) I normally don't get anything other than the fries recently I been ordering the seasoned Chicken strips whew chile they finger licking good I'm here tell ya, especially with barbecue sauce ?Thanks again ma'am she went the extra mile, was up beat when I know most managers @ 9am probably wouldn't be & very knowledgeable about the products we appreciate you ma'am YOU WE'RE GREAT! I also like to acknowledge Taylor the guy at the speaker he always says: YOU WANT A HOT APPLE PIE... ? Y'all know who I'm talking about he resembles the father from the show The Cleveland's ??? same mustache & jacket lol, HE IS EXCELLENT! Thanks again for the great customer service you guys rock ??

Food was what I would expect from Checkers, but the price was outrageous, having eaten at checkers fairly often in Florida, I was not prepared for the prices. $13.00 for a burger and fries seems a bit out of line. The staff was rather unfriendly but as I said, the food was fine.
Service is going down, n the last 4 times iv been there food n fries weren't Luke warm atleast, had to stop go back n wait 10mins for my food...Wonder did they heat my for back up n give it right back to me ???Covid is killing us, n customer service is killing our new way of life ?
Love the food here! I always get the baconzilla! Fries are one of my favorites too. Definitely worth a checkout.
absolutely horrible, we had a question about how much the boneless wings are at the window and the “manager” replied with “i don’t know”. then he kept arguing with me over and over again till finally i decided to just cancel my order, as soon as i said that he closed the window shut and proceeded to call me “a b****** definitely need better management here.
The kid who took care of us rushed us through our whole order and was sticking his head out the window looking at us ordering like we were bothering him. After taking our order he made us wait for 5 minutes before giving us our total. When we got to the window he was completely silent and basically threw our food at us. Also it looked like the cook was taking chicken out of another person food box and put it back in the fryer for 2 seconds and then continued to put it in our box. I didn’t want to deal with the kid anymore so we didn’t say anything. They weren’t even busy but they all seemed to be in a rush for no reason. Also. They forgot to give us straws and we waited at the window before pulling off to ask for some but the kid walked away and never came back. Won’t be coming back.
I had a burger today at lunch and havebeen sick to my stomach allllllll afternoon. I have a horrible stomach ache and have to run to the restroom every 15 minutes. Now I'm nauseous ? I was perfectly fine prior to eating here and my coworkers say that's why they don't come to this location they have poor quality food
