Wow! What amazing service and delicious food.Was very well taken care of as a first time customer. Management went above and beyond for my satisfaction.First time trying shrimp scampi, so I was thrown off by the intentionally sour flavor. Wasn't bad, just not a flavor I was used too. They offered a refund, but suggested I try it in a different sauce they had. And wow. It came out amazing. Quick respectful service and delicious food makes this a great place for your family on the evenings ?

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Waited two hours for our food which never came. Our waiter kept telling us it was coming and then told us that they have only orders making the kitchen backed up. You could see over 50 to go bags yet they couldn’t feed the people dining in. Shows they prioritize their to go orders over their customers dining in. We ended up leaving after the manager told us our meal wouldn’t be ready for the night. We even managed to watch the entire Miami Grand Prix from start to finish.

I took out of town friends today for a late lunch. We were a party of 5. As often as I have frequent this restaurant ( you are one of my favorite places) i do have to share with your my dissatisfaction. Ordered calamari as appetizer and was told that there was none ( fine) we placed our orders and waited an eternity and was finally told that the machine ran out of paper and the orders had not gone through. Waited another long time and then the salads were served at the same time as the entree. Two of my guests ordered steak medium rare, one was fine the other well done. I ordered ravioli with lobster and when I advised the server that by the time that I was ready to eat it it would be cold, the reaction was “ what do you want me to do with it ?” It is a good thing that I am a lady otherwise I would have told him what to do with it. So i just said that I did not want it served now regarding my friend steak i had to get his attention so that it could be replaced ( which it finally was) my other friend ordered chicken Marsala which by the time that she ate it it was ice cold. At no time did anyone apologize for the inconvenience nor did we ever see the manager come to the table and apologize. We asked for coffee and i asked for regular milk for the coffee and was advised that probably their was none. So I asked what would happen if a drink that took milk was asked for and the answer was “ then they would not get it “” as stated before you are one of my favorite restaurants and I frequent your establishment at least once every two weeks, but I am and was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my dinning experience today!!

The food at Carrabba is consistently excellent and well prepared. Likewise, the servers are the best in the industry, especially Ronnie C. Ronnie C. is always pleasant, polite, efficient, and even remembers our personal preferences, like lemon in our water, etc. We think Ronnie C. is deserving of a bonus and/or raise. The Colemans

I always enjoy the food and experience at Carrabba's. Our waitress Savanah was very attentive to all of ours needs!!

We've been here a few times now and have had consistently horrible experiences. We understand that there are staff shortages, but that does not excuse poor customer service. Without even mentioning anything about our previous visits, our visit today for regular dinner at about 6:00 pm, took an hour and a half for a table of 3 from the moment we sat until we finally were able to leave. Although our server was friendly, she just didn't do a good job. We know our food took a long time, CHECK ON US. Don't just let us sit there, stewing. I ordered a martini... our food arrived and I never received it. Our drinks were empty for 10+ minutes before they were refilled. We were given our receipt without being asked if we had considered dessert. Then, when we ordered dessert, we assumed dessert would take less than five minutes... it's a SLICE OF CAKE. It took TWENTY MINUTES. We even asked VERY KINDLY to speak with a manager and NO ONE came. Not a single person even glanced our way.DON'T BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO A PLACE THAT DOESN'T WANT IT. The food was decent, but who the heck wants to go somewhere where they are treated like they're nonexistent? We will not consider coming to this location again.

Been a long while since I’ve bee to a carrabba’s. I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice menu selection. Friendly service. Great tasting food. Definitely a nice change. Wasn’t crowded for lunch on a Saturday. Everyone was going to Fuddruckers instead. I would definitely recommend.

Reasonable prices and consistently good food. One of my favorites is the sausage stuffed mushrooms!

Wow such an amazing place with delicious Italian food. I really enjoyed my tomato basil soup and Pollo Rosa Maria(chicken staffed with cheese and mushrooms). I’m sorry I can’t show you the dish I finished it tooo fast … ??? Also our server was amazing.

We had dinner at this location and were disappointed in the quality of the food. The best thing was the bread. Starting with the sangria - $12 for a wine glass packed full of ice and only a little over half way was ridiculous. The sausage soup was horrible. Couldn't even eat most of the entree, it seemed the meatballs were raw. Olive Garden would have been a better choice. Asked for water as soon as we sat down and didn't get it until the end of the meal. ???
