I used to enjoy this place as a quick bite to eat, but now it’s gone down hill. We picked up our food and got home and the fries tasted like they were sitting under a lamp for hours. The burgers were extremely cold. There’s so much room for improvement. We’ll stick with five guys.

BurgerFi Woodbridge did NOT disappoint!!!! Being a self-proclaimed Burger Enthusiast I am critical of a burger. The best thing that I enjoy about this burger is not feeling tired after eating. The burgers are fresh and delicious ? Shout out to Ki for checking on us
If I could give zero starts I would… I came into this place on May 21st 2022 I was greeted by an amazing Cashier named Charisma. That was the only good part about this experience I proceed to get my food which I ordered the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and the Ultimate fries with bacon and cheese. Number one thing that was off about it was I had to put my own bacon and cheese onto the fries they had given me which in the picture it shows it should already be made that way … Also as im eating the burger the meat or the bacon I couldn’t tell which one it was but it smelt stale and old and had a harsh taste to it I believe the meat was spoiled and I believe I was served a burger that wasn’t fresh… I couldn’t even finish it that’s how bad it was. The manager Kiana didn’t help me I wanted a refund and she doesn’t even know how to give refunds so I wasted my money but I will not be back ever again.
First time burgerfi in northbrook illinois.(very delocious)but this location.......1. Extremely dry buger patties.2. Old fries /room temperature fries.No wonder why no customers in this location
Ki was very exceptional with her customer service skills and I just like how engaging she is with her customers. She’s a real asset for Burgerfi and y’all gotta take good care of her.
This review is not on food since I didn't ever get my order. Really bad customer services experience today. Waited over 30 minutes to never get food. I will say it seemed understaffed but was told both people working were management but with knowing that information I am even more disappointment in the events of today. During my long wait I watch many customers walk out, people getting double charged and the process of that refund needed training, soda machines were out of almost every option but customers still being sold drinks to hear them talk about how disappointed they were. In the past I have had good experiences here but today was one to ruin it all.
Stunningly bad. Found out after ordering soda that the machine only had diet and then only 2 choices of diet. On my second attempt to get a drink the plastic nozzle shot off into my drink. We cleaned our own dining area to sit down. Food came out haphazardly with waits in between. We had to stand at the counter and wait for someone to appear in order to get help with the drink machine and then food orders. I did enjoy my burger (the CEO) but the lack of beverage made it a dry-mouth affair. Unlikely to return.
Kids eat free on Tuesdays which is great but the service is extremely slow just to get a burger. They forgot three separate items from my order that I had to go back to the counter and ask for: bbq sauce, the kids drinks that come with the meal and I asked for onion rings but got fries. The condiment section looks like it had not been wiped down in a while. They used to do better here. Not sure what happened.
I should have read the reviews before going there. I went there because of good reviews on YouTube about the chain. However, it appears from the other reviews that this particular store is not that great. The person behind the counter was very nice and professional and the food came out in a reasonable time. The french fries and onion rings were cool. The hamburger was OK.
