First and foremost this burger king is nasty. They don't clean up and the big a$$ pot holes in the drive thru are terrible. 2nd I just went there this morning and spent 20 dollars on food that was stale, and missing a sandwich. I was so mad. I didn't notice it until I got home. I'll never go back there again. Their French toast sticks be so old and burnt. Smh. Come on people. Do I need to get a management position back there again? I use to work there when I was 18. We had that place so clean, inside and out. They need to have the health inspector to come out there..
Typically we come here expecting problems.CHECK FOR CHEESE on your whopper if you ordered it, three times I paid for cheese and I don't get it on my burger.The service is incredibly slow.Also, my spouse told me she overheard the employees talking and referred to her as "another white person at the window".This BK is extremely unprofessional and I warn others who come to expect to get what they paid for.
Its great when it's great and bad when its bad.. There are a lot of teenagers that work their. They seem not to care too much about store appearance. They were out of lids at the drink station. When I informed the counter I was handed a bunch of lids and asked to fill it up... WOW.. What made bit worse was no thank you after I filled them.. Like I was obligated to do it, like I was getting paid. Love BK's food but go when the kids are at school.. I wish there was another BK in my area..
I travel on the road and eat at burger King all the time this one has a high standard and the cashier was very professional the crew that help me name was Erik and Erin thanks team
Normally the food from this restaurant is excellent, but today I recieved the worst service ever. Ordering a full meal from them, I received a sealed bag via DoorDash. After removing the food, my wife discovered a cough candy rapper bunched up in the bottom of the bag. I tried to call this establishment several time, but recieved nothing more than ring tons followed by an automatic hang-up. In summary, the attendants drop their candy refuse in your bag and no one answers the phone. I guess we should be thanful it was not a used cough candy.
If there are no adults behind the counter supervising, it is the worse experience. I could blame the kids, but I wonder who manages the joint and allows it to be mismanaged with no leadership structure.And then, I asked for sweet tea, and got unsweet. That was just down right disrespectful.My poor experience happened during the night shift around 6pm.
They so bad they make me wait 20 min and they don’t have anything. Not only that They doesn’t even care the ppl there, he doesn’t say sry and no stickers saying we don’t have. I am really upset because of I have to wait until my front car leave also that really stupid house I never see. If I have less than one star I will give them less than one stars
Know before you go.They'll only take one order at a time. Based on my observations, the employees like to maintain a fun, laid back atmosphere inside so they dance, sing and casually take and fulfill orders one at a time as they like.Just know that if you're going to this burger King, you can't go inside and you'll wait about 5-10 minutes per car in line. So if there's no line, go for it! And if you're looking for a chill job, seems the place to go.
This Burger King never has the whole menu. Icee products been out since the summer started and you only have about 5 menu items you can choose from because their trucks are not delivering the products I guess. We’re trying to spend money and keep people employed during the pandemic but Burger King’s corporate is not making it easy for this location
Do not waste your time and money at this location, today 9/21/2021 my family and I got the worse customer service. This location was about to closed at 9:30pm and waited for one hour and no one came with our order Until I request for the refund. Their employees don’t know how to deal with their customer services at all. They threatened their us plus their attitude when I did a complaint make this situation worse the employee started cursing and screaming because I canceled and request my refund.
