I ordered a Whopper w/cheese meal today. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!!. My sandwich, (if you'd like to call it that) looked as if it were a day old and had been reheated by putting the burger back on the flame until it was burnt., the bread was smashed and hard as if they tried to reheat it in the microwave and then toasted it. The lettuce was VERY OLD brown and wildered (you know how it looks when you try and warm lettuce that was already going bad) A ton of Mayo, fries had no seasoning and were cold. I had to toss my lunch in the trash because it was not edible at all! I'm going to write to the health and sanitation department. I'm certain that was old food! I just was not going to put my stomach to the test to find out! I gave you 1 star because I was unable to post without leaving a rating if it were up to me I wouldn't have rated at all!
Food was good but I had to correct the drive-thru order twice and my order was still wrong luckily I checked the bag before leaving.
I went to this Burger King 2 years ago to try the BK Taco I received it and it was completely dried up and hard! This BK is notorious for serving dried out food they have no standards. I decided to go today to enjoy the 2 for 6 big king 4/8/2022 and what I got was an exact same transaction the burgers were completely dry the cheese not even melted while standing there waiting for my fresh burgers another customer came in with you guessed a dried up whopper he asked for no mayo and got it anyways he asked the sorrowful manager if he could get hot fries seeing how he had to wait for a new burger and the sorrowful manager told him no eat the fries you have! That customer demanded a refund this id the same manager/owner I dealt with 2 years ago and he is the worst of what America has to offer YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RIP OFF EVERY CUSTOMER TO MAKE GOOD MONEY AND EVERYTHING TASTES BETTER WHEN IT IS HOT!
I go to the Burger King located at 2701 potomac mills circle in Woodbridge, Va a lot. They have a sign in the window saying that the dining room is open but when I go there the door is locked. They DON'T have any hours posted on the door for the dining room. I can understand if it's 11 pm or later but it's contradictory (the dining room is open but the doors are locked) and frustrating. They never ask if I want any sauce or ketchup either. They should keep the doors unlocked until at least 10 pm. Some people don't like the drive thru. They never answer their phone either.
I used a $3.99 Coupon from the mail, to get 2 Whopper Juniors & 2 Fries. The BURGERS were FRESH MADE w/ nice pickles, onions etc. The Fries were nice & hot. I got catsup packets for the fries. We ate in the car, as the Drive-Thru was very busy. I got 2 cones ($1 each) in a cup & had the cashier put the cones in a paper bag. This way, the soft-serve ice cream (scrumptious!) ...was firm & thick, to spoon onto the cone after we finished the burgers. We ate around 5pm at Burger King. Food was so good!
Standard place to pick up some sandwiches quickly, especially if you're on the road. My only real complaint is that the burger sandwiches have gotten incredibly small. Glad we had a 2 for $5 deal going on at the time we were there.
AMAZING customer service. We went through the drive through, i forgot to ask the name of the worker, but he was on point, and so upbeat. He gave us a few extra sauces and even a little pup cup for our new puppy. He made our day!

fries were salty. beef patty were ice cold.
So I hadn't eaten at Bk for awhile. Like maybe a year. This location was fast, polite, their two-way speaker was crystal clear and the drive thru was clean. I was at Bk so the whopper with no onions extra pickles, medium onion rings and a coke was hot, delicious and was given with no mistakes. Was on a 30 min break so the efficiency was there. 5 stars.
