Went here today for lunch at 11, the place was super quiet, I asked...(as my voice echoed)....if they were open, they said yes but we had to sit at the bar because they had no servers. Turned around, walked out the door and went to Hooters and had a great lunch. We used to really like this Buffalo Wild Wings. It's unfortunate. We will not be going back.
We sat in the bar area. Service was very good, and friendly. Waitress had knowledge of the different wing flavors hotness, etc. Climate was comfy. Lighting good. Plenty of TV's. Great H.H. deals. I give
Went for an early dinner when the restaurant was empty. Got seated promptly. Our server, Mitchell, was unfriendly, unattentive and rude. When we placed our order he seemed bored. Not the best attitude when working at a bar or restaurant. Our food wasn't served together and no one informed us when my friends food would be out. When I took my first bite if my wings Mitchell came back and bugged about the check - he actually repeatedly bugged me wether or not I had received the check via text while my plate was still full! Rude?!
Did was delicious, the server had a really great personality. They were just extremely short handed. The bartender/server was literally the only one serving.... everyone. She handled it well, but honestly, others could have pitched in
First of all I'm vegetarian and there are bacon bits in the south west bean burger which is supposed to be vegetarian. I did not order bacon but there were bits hidden as pictured below. guacamole is included but they forgot that, they also forgot the ranch with my order. My fries and Buffalo cauliflower are cold. I called the location's manager and spoke with her and she said it was probably the Door Dash driver that put the bacon in the burger despite the bag being sealed when I received it and I had to rip it open to get to the items. This Buffalo Wild Wings has had it's wings plucked and been left behind by the herd, stay away.
We were there after a movie, The waitress was very attentive her name was Ciara, I really didn't like the wings too much sauce and little flavor.
I ordered here because I got a deal/ coupon. To say the least it was a mistake. I ordered a brisket sandwich since they had a BOGO. But that was a fail, the bread was stale the brisket was rubbery. It was shameful. Will never go back.
When I ate in here the food was good. When I ordered wings for the super bowl and picked them up they hard and had no taste. Getting food from here ruined my Super Bowl experience.
Wings dry ..French fried cold and hard .I requested different wings..they serve me the same ones just microwave heated .. never again I will at this restaurant
If you can try to avoid this location. Staff is rude. Didn’t bother to greet. Literally only 4 Booths were occupied but they are we having trouble trying to figure out where to sit a party of 6. The table and chairs had crumbs all over and when I asked to be cleaned they said “ I literally just cleaned the table, I don’t know what happened.”
