Overdone corn nuggets. They’re usually really good. Why serve these when you darn well they’re burnt. They also “didn’t see” my online order so had to wait 20 minutes when I got there.
Writing this review to worn you how RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL the cook/owner is at this locationMy Philly cheesesteaks order was served with out if any meat!!! Sandwich was remade how ever only the sandwich not my fries ? My whole order was suppose to be remade if my whole order was taken in the first place , the owner than made it seem I was begging for food ? Sir I just paid for my order and it was wrong!? He asked me to pay for the fries I then just asked for a refund because I had my 3 yr old with me and he had already ate I did not want to wait for fries to be done and have to pay for them again ?He was very aggressive and when asked to get corporate number all of a sudden he’s the owner and cook? When owning a restaurant customers are always right , you don’t become argumentative and make a scene and act like you have no home training ! Do not eat here he is trifling came out twice from behind the kitchen and wasn't gloved up at this point left everything I paid for at the Table you can have that order hope the $19.48 I paid can help you understand I wasn’t asking for free food I was asking for a high quality cheesesteak with great customer service which you where unable to meet neither one ?? To the gentleman behind the register than you for you pleasant customer service , it wasn’t your fault altho he was trying to blame you for the miscommunication her failed to understand
I LOVE the food at this buffalo philly! The cook is the best ever I haven't had a great steak n chesse since I've been in THE entire Prince Willian area! You've got to go there all the food there is great and plentiful! Just Crumptious!

I grew up eating this style of American menu carry out traditional foods.This place in Woodbridge Buffalo Philly's is alive and well absolutely great food.
My wife and i liked the subs we got, but it would've been better if they offered some type of combo meal with it
Food tasted like public school lunch, nice guy behind the counter but the food was not good.
I stood at the counter for 5 minutes hoping to order some food. They even had another customer standing there. I heard the girls in the back. They must have been having the best conversation ever because they didn't even hear me yell for service.
this is my first time at this restaurant since i have been to a lot of fast food chains and wanted something new and do enjoy helping small businesses/mom and pop shops. the hospitality was good yet there can be some improvement. the food did have some flavor and mumbo sauce had some tang to it. i would come back to tackle other foods. i had the chipotle cheesesteak n 5 piece wings and fries. cheesesteak cant rival the ones from philly but still good.
The welcome was warm, the food was hot and flavorful, and the environment is cozy. Highly recommend. Philly was packed dense, crushed it. The food also came out quickly.
