Terrible service. Went there to eat with my son and we were basically ignored by our server the whole time. When our pizza never came the server finally came to apologize and said the manager would be bringing our food. No apology from the manager or any reasonable explanation for the delay in our food. She didn’t even tell us that our check was comped- we heard from a different server after we asked for a box and the check. What happened with communicating to customers? If anyone had just told us there was a problem like our order was lost or the server forgot the order-it would have been so much better.
My favorite pizza in the Midwest was green olives and pepperoni. After moving here I struggled to find a place that had the same. Finally found this place and was so excited! I called and placed my order over the phone to ensure they did have them. I get there and the gentleman was very nice and respectful but after I paid was when he showed me my pizza it had kalamata olives. He went back to check and turns out they were out and had just changed my order without asking me. If I had known they didn’t have them if they were honest when I called I would’ve searched elsewhere. It just wasn’t what I ordered and it sucks when you’re nostalgic and craving something
Came here for dinner and probably won't be back. The service was average. We ordered the bruschetta, Mediterranean salad, pear & Gorgonzola pizza, and the rustica pizza. Both pizzas were very soggy and wet. The pears tasted like they came straight from the can. The salad and bruschetta were the best part, we did end up having to order more bread due to the ratio of bread to tomatoes. Overall, the prices are reasonable and we liked the salad/bruschetta but I would recommend sticking to plain pizzas due to the soggy wet texture of the toppings added to rustica and pear Gorgonzola.
I would give this a 5 star because the food was amazing and our waiter was super nice! But when my boyfriend took me to the bathroom because I didn’t haven’t my glasses so I can’t see good he didn’t even take longer then 1 minute he told me that one of the waitresses the blond one with wavy hair was cleaning up our table with our food that we were going to still eat. She didn’t even apologize and he told her we were going to eat that and she left the plates there stacked up like if we are going to unstack them again to eat our food unbelievable!! The exit and the bathroom are on the opposite side and she saw us going to the bathroom too. That was just rude and unprofessional.
Not a good experience at all. Hummus plate had rotten peppers. Pizza was really blah. Waitress was kind, but never came back to check to see if we wanted refills. Hummus was crusting over. It seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time.
They say they're closed online when they're not and when I called it went straight to voicemail and when they answered it was just static. I went in when I just wanted carryout and waited over 15 minutes to order. Then when I did they told me they stop answering the phone after 10:30 when they're open til 2 am. Got my order wrong and told me salad was closed(only cause I had to wait so long for service!). Entire lack of transparency as the manager just sits back and watches as customers wait in line to order and pick up takeout with no one serving them while some customers walk behind the bar hugging on the bartender (likely his girlfriend from the looks of it) and other "Buddies" stand behind the bar and by the cook stand where waitresses constantly have to walk around them just to get to the register/printer. I used to like this as a good gluten free/vegan spot but it's not worth the bad service. They're obviously understaffed but I hate that I have to loose my go to food spot to the alcoholic bar rush at night. It's just too loud worse than buffalo wild wings on fight night loud. If the website or app just worked it would be fine but now I wasted an extra hour of my day fighting through a crowd of loud child like drunks just for takeout. Just another good restaurant turned into a party bar.
Stopped in for a quick lunch. Never been there before. We ordered the daily pizza special (meatball) and asked if they could add green peppers. In fact my wife asked for green or red peppers. I asked her about mushrooms or onions, but she said they were not necessary. To our surprise they gave us not only green peppers, but red peppers, mushrooms, and onions at the special price without adding an additional charge for the extra toppings. Great taking pizza! Enough for both of us to eat three good sized pieces. Great service. This place is a hit, and we will be sure to come back and try other menu items when we are in the area.
Gluten free and cauliflower options on the menu! The pizza sizes are roughly medium personal pan pizzas cut into 6 slices. Waitress was fantastic and we were in a group of 15! Drink and menu specials everyday so check before you dine. Highly recommend.
The pizza is amazing! It's just big enough for a good meal, the flavor to die for. Today I had the Spicy shrimp one and OMG! The service is also wonderful. Great environment, great location, great staff! Can't wait to go back.
This was the worst pizza we ever tasted. It was like eating an extremely dry cracker topped with salty red stuff. Just awful...
