The last order I received was completely wrong and when I tried to call to get it fixed, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes beforeI hung up. This Bob Evans has went completely downhill in reference to customer service. In addition, they have stopped serving breakfast potatoes and now serve home fries...to some it's the same thing but not for me and my breakfast. I use to love going to Bob Evans for breakfast but without breakfast potatoes, you just lost me and my family. IHOP it is...
The staff is nice here, but the quality is…not that great. Went with family and all but one of us had order issues. I ordered a Turkey bacon melt that comes with tomato slices in it, received two slices of bread with a mountain of Turkey and one slice of cheese. I had to ask for lettuce and tomato on the side to make my sandwich, which I could’ve just done at home. My husband ordered the double farmers breakfast w brioche French toast, didn’t get the French toast till we got our check and it wasn’t brioche. Kid ordered lil farmers breakfast with hash browns, got unseasoned home fries. Didn’t get any drink refills. Carry out quality is better than dining in, which is weird. Skip this place.

Terrible experience! It’s wasn’t busy and they had us waiting like they were waiting for us to leave. The floors are dirty and sticky. The table they sat us in was dirty and sticky, this even after the person that sat us was reluctant to even ask us to follow her to our seats. I can see our food seating on the counter and no one is picking it up but they all seems to be walking by. This is place is terrible. Skip this place folks. Bob Evans is not what it used to be. At least not this one.
I had the honey butter chicken dinner plate and it was so good and fresh! Enjoyed the hospitable service and the sweet tea was perfect. Definitely would recommend this Bob Evans if you are looking for some good home cookin!
Enjoy going to Bob Evans with my family. Always get their country fried steak meal. Our server today was very attentive and friendly.
We went on Shrove Tuesday and the place was not too crowded. Food took over an hour to come out, two orders had missing food items, and they charged us for 3 kids meals that we're supposed to be free on Tuesdays. With the long wait they offered us some rolls but only to find out they charged us $6.00 for them. I'd say this has been the standard level of service for the last year
My son & I came in to have lunch which I was hoping was pretty quick since it's lunch time & all we order were a hamburger & BLT with fries. Not once did our waitress let us know that the kitchen all of sudden got backed up & was running 20-30 behind on all orders. I only found out this tabit of information (after waiting about 30 mins for our food to arrive) out because I asked why our Burger & BLT were taking so long & this was the response I received. I then informed her that if she knew this was currently happening then she should've informed me so that I could have made a decision on whether or not to dine in (not just take our orders that it's normal to wait 30 mins for a burger & BLT). Needless to say I could no longer wait any longer for food that still hadn't come out to our table and then was told by the waitress that it still probably wouldn't be out in the "next few minutes". So my son & I left without food & had to go elsewhere to eat. I called and spoke with a manager who didn't really seem to be bothered by this but made sure to let me know that "this is not usual" even though I informed her that the response & attitude that I received from our waitress made me think otherwise. This is not good business practice to have especially in an industry that is currently struggling.
our server is always awesome. forgot her name but she's been there 15 years and we have had her as our waitress many times. our food came out quick, hot, and tasty!
I've been frequenting Bob Evans for over 20 years. I have never had an unsatisfactory experience. The food and the service is what keeps me coming back.
