I ordered a polar Pizza from this location for a birthday party on January 3rd. On the second I received the call from a woman in the store saying that they didn't have what I ordered but she had another cake that I could have instead. I was supposed to pick it up at 9:00 a.m. the next morning. But we got hit with a huge snow storm. When I called her in the morning and told her I didn't know if I'd be able to make it she made it very clear that I was not allowed to get a refund and I had to find some way to get in there and get the cake. So I called back later on to let her know I was trying to get a ride and the store was closed and nobody answered the phone the 10 times I tried to call. Yet I still haven't been given a refund. For things that were completely out of my control. I will never order anything from them again. Really really poor customer service. Seriously disappointed.
Typical quality and polite staff... but sloooooow. It took nearly 15 minutes for 4 scoops of ice cream (I had to put the first order in their freezer to keep it from melting while I waited)
Showed employees a free birthday scoop coupon and they told me I had to show them the QR code. After finally pulling it up on my phone 5 mins later due to bad connection they told me that they didn’t have ice cream because their freezer broke. Maybe if the employees listened the first time around I wouldn’t have wasted time trying to pull up the QR code for no reason :(
This is hands down the most mismanaged establishment in the tri-state area. They are always running out of stuff and screwing up orders. And we can't blame this on COVID-19. This place has been awful for years. If I could give this dysfunctional place -5 stars I would.
Tried placing order through Uber Eats. After 30 minutes was told they didn’t have one of the flavors. Ten minutes later, a text saying they don’t have the right size. Five minutes later, they cancelled the order.

Ordered 3 cakes in the morning. Received a call at 9pm at night before the party saying they can't do it order for tomorrow. They are quick to take your money but terrible. Now we must scramble and find some place with a cake for our sons birthday. Terrible place to ruin someone's birthday. Do not buy from here.
The people who run this location are completely incompetent. Ordered a birthday cake a week ago, and literally the day before I was supposed to pick it up, the manager calls and informs me that they aren't going to be able to make it. We ordered it with plenty of time for them to prepare it, and now they leave me with less than 48 hours to find a replacement. Thanks for being worthless!!!
Order a one scoop sunday and when I got home it wasn’t even half scoop. Always double check your order.
