The food was pretty good and the service was....very accommodating. Ate the sliders and found the sweet potato tator tots were definitely something to eat again.
Cami and Clayton were so accommodating when we said we were concerned about Covid! They were so quick to offer us other seating options. Cami, our waiter, brought our food out so quickly and everything was great! This is why Bar Louie is one of my favorite places!! Will definitely be back as always!
My husband and I frequently come in for happy hour and we always enjoy our food and drinks. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. Tonight, Clayton was our server and he was very knowledgeable about the new drinks and other items on the menu. Great personality and ver professional. We will definitely request to sit in his section the next time we visit. I also appreciated the manager stopping by our table to see if everything was ok.

drove over an hour to come here for Valentines. Waited longtime for appetizers just started eating them then the main meal came then the salad . ordered med. burgers and they came well and burnt on one side of burger. But what topped it off was we asked for water and beer after out main drink was gone for a long time .Never got the drinks had to eat the dry food without a drink .At that piont we asked for check and a water so we could just leave . We were there around 8 pm it wasn't busy yet .Was very disappointed. We came to this location because some of our first dates were there before we Married and moved . I don't think we will drive that far again to visit.
We had a good time. We got seated fast in the corner which was great for social distancing. Alot of people including the bartenders didnt have their masks on or their werent pulled up properly. They were super busy so it took a little bit for our food and drinks. They seem to have changed the menu. The Calamari was super spicy with more peppers than Calamari, the chicken wings were good but seemed frozen and just heated, not fresh. The Tacos were Amazing and fresh! For the Entrees everything seemed to have Quinoa in it so that was a turn off, so we just ordered appetizers. Overall it had music amd a good vibe. Would definitely go again and would love to sit outside.

Briana at Potomac town place location was AMAZING. She was very busy, but still allowed us to feel welcome and Was very accommodating. her customer service skills are amazing and you are lucky to have her working with the company
Sometimes you need a delicious Bloody Mary or a dirty martini after a shopping spree! Clayton, the bartender was an absolute gem!!! The cocktails he made us were on point and the service was extraordinary!! Also, if you need an app recommendation- the spinach and artichoke dip was delicious as well as the fried pickles! Come see Clayton for cocktails and absolutely fabulous service!
