Several times theyv'e tried to overcharge on sales tax first happened back in the Fall I called customer service it was straightened outThen Sunday June 26 it happened again.A $10.99 order was trying to charge me $11.76 sales tax is 6% here in Prince William County never had something like that happen at any other business and I've lived here 21 years.

I Always go to arbys but on this particular day the workers were pretty rude and ghetto. Received my sandwich raw, went in to tell them and no refund was offered just a new meal. But I had over heard one of the workers in the back say that she noticed the sandwich was raw but didn’t say anything .. and the other coworker just laughed. Like not really sure what was funny about giving a raw sandwich which could make me sick. Lol. And I called corporate but no one ever called me back it’s been like a month now. Oh well. No more arbys from this location lol.

Their website says they are open for dining in. Yesterday we found out they're not open for dining in. Then we ordered at the drive through. After we order and we got to the pickup window, a young black guy was basically leaning by the window. I had my credit card ready and after a minute or more, I asked "when do I pay?" He had to call a young white woman (who may have been the Assistant Manager who talked to the guy before I could pay. We checked our order before leaving. We ate after getting home. They got the order right and the food was good!

I watched Jim throw this at a customer for interrupting his cigarette breakUpdate 4/28/22I went into the lobby and they closed it a young employee came out I asked why they are closed his reply because we choose to.Great way to treat your guest

Everything was good BUT for my order for a fish sandwich, I asked for extra tartar. Within the sandwich, barely any. Not even enough for the regular sandwich. Rarely any issues about this place except that.

They are working so slow. in drive thru i was waiting for 30 minutes in line to just get my order tonight and this is the only restaurant i have ever seen to close the door early i will never come to this place anymore to waste my time at this place ????

VERY Sad, we ordered 1/2 pound roast beef and 2 double roast beef. They could not fill the second double roast beef and there was still 30 minutes left before close. I am disappointed. Had not been to Arby's since before Covid.

Don’t show up and mess with Jim on one of his many smoke breaks get your order tossed at you

I was given the wrong order. I ordered a medium roast beef sandwich a medium crinkle fry. I was given curly fries and a children's roast beef sandwich. The attendant switched the fries but didn't give me the correct sandwich. Moreover, the roast beef on the sandwich were dried, hards ends.This used to be a nice shop.

I’ve going here for a number of years but the last couple weeks have really been a turnoff. A person at the drive-through window was not the least bit friendly and just kind of shoved the bag at me.I asked her is this everything she had already turned around and yelled back - yeah everything. The crinkle fries were absolutely cold and they need to package the buffalo boneless chicken wings better - the box was soggy and everything was falling out of it.
