There was a group of host staff gathered by the door but it took sometime for them to acknowledge us. We were sat down and waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came to greet us or take our drink order. Then a new party got sat by us and the waitress addressed them but never even acknowledged us so we left. Bad service over all, sticky tables, dirty floors.
Online order was apparently behind due to computer issues, we called asking about our order when it was 10 minutes past the pick up time. After about 10 more minutes the food finally came out. They claimed these size to go containers were "all that they were given to use" which unfortunately made eating this bowl we ordered (attached picture) near impossible to eat in the car. It was not the best experience and the apparent lack of care when we voiced our many concerns only made the experience that much worse!
Good food as always, wished they had better choices when it comes to music, it’s a family restaurant and I shouldn’t hear a Bout S**T song by DMX and the windows need to be cleaned
worst service everslowest people i have ever mettook 25 mins to get noticed 30 to get served and purposly leave you without suace’s and act like there doing u a favor when u need some u wana eat here just get a part time job u will be here hrs
Ordered food from Grubhub . 2/24 Meal for my Girlfriend & I. The Food came in 45 minutes missing one whole meal . Bourbon chicken and shrimp. Called Applebees they said to call GrubHub: call GrubHub. I resent the whole order but the chicken was 100% raw and cold. We’re going to get Applebee’s and GrubHub bad review. chicken it was 100% raw and cold. This is uncalled for and won’t be using either again.
What a complete “S” show. Just got up and walked out. Had a staff member getting into a fight with a customer. Another family there with three children crying and mother yelling that her kids were scared and she needed to go boxes right away. Paid $60 for three drinks and two appetizers we never got. Was waiting for guns to come out. The most unprofessional and terrible restaurant experience I have ever had in my 53 years on earth.

We ate dinner for Veterans Appreciation Day on November 11th, 2022 around 6 pm. While there was quite a lot of veterans being served, the wait list we were told would be 30 minutes. Luckily, we were seated within 10 minutes. The hostess and servers are to be commended for their excellent service in view of the fact there was a line waiting to be seated. All were pleasant and deserve a “thumbs up”. There was a set menu to choose from which included a bacon cheeseburger, top sirloin, chicken tenders, crunchy shrimp, lime chicken, oriental chicken salad and three cheese chicken penne. We opted for the top sirloin served with broccoli and garlic -mashed potatoes and were thoroughly satisfied with our choice. The meat was tender and enjoyable. We thank them for honoring us for serving in the military.
Went here with my mother and daughter for lunch. Food was really good and had a awesome waiter. Definitely will be back!
Dine in service wasn’t pleasant at all. The hostess was being rude and sprayed the table beside me and the mist went onto my face and on my food as well. She didn’t even bother to apologize at all which is very unprofessional. Then food was either over cooked or cold. This was a very unpleasant experience
