Ordered from the drive thru tonight around 545. When we got our food the guy was very rude. Made us put our drinks in the carrier ourselves. Practical threw our food at us with an annoyed look on his face. Did not give me a receipt when I asked. Did say hello or thank you. Got home and all of our food was ice cold. The cheese on the chili didn’t even melt. The baked potatoes where half the size they used to be. Just a bad experience. Will never go there again.
Incompetant. I order via the mobile app. I went inside to pick it up. The cashier when asked did not tell me if they got the order. I waited +5 mins and unsure that they received it, so I hit order again. After 10 mins, they said they received the order twice and DIDN'T make EITHER orders. I left in frustration. The app is supposed to simplify the prep and delivery process. This place hasn't figured itout yet.
I pulled up at the Drive Thru window at 1030pm . There was at least 5 cars ahead of me in line. I ordered 2 full size meals and chicken nuggets I was impressed with the expedited manner of the Drive Thru. It was a great experience. The staff was happy and everything was completely in my order. The food was fresh so good .Great place to go! Good food and great service. Thank you Wendy's!
This is absolutely the worst fast food place I have ever been to, every single worker in there is rude including the manager. There is one older gentlemen and he is very sweet but the rest of them all need to be fired. If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars I would. I just couldn’t believe how they spoke to me and how nothing gets done about it and apparently whoever owns the store doesn’t read the reviews or they would be fired. I guarantee in less than a year they will be closed unless they get some new workers in there. My husband and kids all love Wendy’s and we will go to Pleasant Valley from now on I will never go to this location again. I hope they have the day they deserve!
I’m always baffled when reviews say that they got poor service here. I’ve never had an issue. Friendly staff, great personalities, amazing food, and always hot. It’s almost a religious activity to come here at least twice a month just because we know it’s going to taste good and we’ll be in and out when roaming around for the weekend
We called to make sure they had baked potatoes but when my husband got there they did not have any and he ordered a strawberry lemonade and when he got to the window they said they did not have that either and also the sign said the lobby was open but when my son went to go in the lobby was closed. Very bad service !
Ordered a number 2 son of a baconator. I requested lettuce onion and mayo only on it. Got my food. Fries were ice cold. And my Baconator was plain. I got to the counter and show the guy. He tell the horrible manager standing there Alexis. She says well just get him a piece of lettuce some onions a some mayo packs. Completely ridiculous. I have pictures but it is not letting me post them. I will definitely never eat here again..
You COULD NOT pay me to go back to this location. Night shift not only got my order wrong, but when I went back thru the drive thru to get my order corrected, I was not only laughed at and totally disrespected by the staff but the manager as well... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ..... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
Horrible guest service. My car door handles broke off on my car today. So I had vehicle issues so I decided to walk to Wendy's from my hotel. They all 3 employees, and managers refused to take my order. They told me to F off. While I'm standing outside trying to place an order because their lobby was closed. On top of this I slipped on ice in their parking lot banged up my knee then my shoe was all soaked with icy water. The employees laughed at me. I took my business to McDonald's where they served me my food. I told Wendy's employees my order supplies them jobs they stated they don't care!!! I will never use this Wendy's again they need to learn better customer service like the Front Royal, VA Wendy's. Maybe they will learn something from that location!
Fired were cold 12/12/2021 5:20 PM didn't even bother calling or going back to get fresh ones because drive thru cashier has an attitude. Next time I'll just go to the other Wendy's on pleasant valley if I want it done right.
