Here's the deal...we come here to the Winchester , VA location very often and every year for our anniversary and it's always been good. This time, service was really good. We had Joseph as our server. My husband ordered the grilled chicken. It was extremely overcooked the first time so they remade it no problem. Second time, I can't really explain. The texture of it was like it was raw. You couldn't chew it without some effort amd it FELT raw but looked dome. It was very very strange so he didn't eat it that time either. For a restaurant like this, we expected better than frozen chicken. It wasn't even a breast, it was more a tender or a filet. They took care of it no problem and I give the service 5 stars even before the chicken incident. The food was sub-par though. Broccoli was good. Mac and cheese was okay, my steak was REALLY bland but done the way I asked. Just not the usual T.G.I quality we are used to.
I want to give a huge shout out to Brian the manager and this place for really stepping up and showing us what community looks like!! I had a first time event for a 3v3 Basketball tournament for the YDC and needed items for raffle to generate funds and Fridays was the 1st place I walked into and Brian didn’t hesitate to get some awesome gifts ready! Swag bags, gear and great gift certificates!! I truly appreciate your generosity and readiness to help support local community events!! You all are amazing!!!

I ordered through Ubereats, and I've ordered the same exact meal before. It is their almost meat burger, and it was good previously. But today, I am highly disappointed in their standards. The fries were a soggy mess and the burger patty looked like someone sweat on it. I think maybe the packaging might be the issue with the humidity. But that doesn't change why the burger tasted like rubber. This was a 1 for 1 offer and now I know why. I threw both of them away.
Waiter was great. Food was good. Mixed drink was overpriced way smaller then should have been.
Food and service were excellent. Music was extremely loud when we arrived, but the server looked into it and got it turned down.
My husband and I always stop there when traveling . We never had a bad experience there. Food was always great. Bartender always remember us, The best TGIF we have ever been to.
Staff is always helpful and attentive. I haven't had any bad experiences in this place. Great reward system.
Food was fair...same ole stuff all the time...nothing really exciting to eat...whiskey glaze this whiskey glaze that...not my favorite place to eat...only consider it if you have points for free food...and then its not all that.
