Good food , nice waitress,
We LOVE Texas Roadhouse and eat there a lot but tonight we had the best server ever. We were in the corner area and between our waitress and another waitress , we got to see two of the best waitresses I have ever seen in that restaurant. I called the manager over and he mentioned their names , so I am going to drop them here… Hailey and Hannah (not sure on spelling) Seriously these two girls were the best I’ve seen there.

I go to Texas Roadhouse in Winchester Va a lot. My last 2 visits was not good. Especially the hart one on Thursday April 26th. We had a party of 4. Spent a lot of money. The manager on duty at 4 p m was a very disrespectful man. One of our meals came it completely wrong. The waiter was very nice about it and I ask to speak to manger to get at least a discount on meal because he could not do it. The manager was very rude and said we do not do that and walked off. He did not try to make things right. I would love to speak to someone higher up to let them know.
Party of 4: Maximum wait was about 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly. Waitress was great. All food was prepared as ordered and the price was very reasonable. Enjoyable experience...we'll be back!
Our waitress name was Wendy and she was amazing!! She was right on top of everything. Out food was fantastic!! I highly recommend this place and especially this waitress. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality and service!!
We were a large party and called ahead for the wait list. It still took an hour to be seated with the hostess telling us different things as to why. ( none true by the way). Then we were all shoved in a booth where we could barely use our hands to eat when there were clearly other tables available. We passed by several to get to the sardine can. Terrible treatment for a group that spent lots of money. Don't get me wrong the food was good and the waitress was amazing. It just was a bad way to treat people. Not going again that's for sure.
I always sit at the bar, Beer is ice cold and service is superb. Steak normally come out just right. I really like this place during the week on the weekends they are packed and noisy. But still great service. I will keep going back!
The food and drinks were great, our orders were perfect, and the waitress was on top of everything and timely...they even gave us rolls and cinnamon butter to take home. There was no wait at 3 pm on a friday...even though it was starting to get busy...we couldn't even tell since everything went so good. Very happy to get a fulfilling dining experience from such a familiar restaurant favorite as Texas Roadhouse when so many others are lacking those basic service concepts these days. Thanks to all of the staff for a top notch experience!
This place is fabulous. Not only is the food great but the service is excellent! We've had different waitresses and waiters each time we've been and they are all outstanding! I highly recommend this place.
