Friendly staff. They put a lot of thought into the asthetics of the place. Large menu with plenty of choices. They serve drinks! Ordered steak tacos and a steak gordito. Very good! Will be coming back.
The best addition the mall has had since Charley's was put in years ago. That being said, it's decent but not amazing Mexican food. Prices are a bit too steep and they pander to a spiceless audience a little too much on some dishes.Save the watering down of flavor for sit-down Tex Mex spots.Portion sizes are generous, but also have a lot of filler to make it that way. The birria is....not very birria-like. Overall, a nice fast casual Mexican spot like this had been long overdue in the mall, but it's kind of hit or miss depending on what you order. If I could give 3.5 stars I would, as that would be more fair.Not bad at all, just not amazing considering the price points/excessive canvassing of lettuce to fluff up serving size appearance. There is better and tastier authentic Mexican food across town, like at Reynosa.By mall food standards Taco Loco is wonderful and I wish them well. By local Mexican food standards, it's pretty much right in the middle of the pack.
My second time here first time I was charged 1.45 for a table spoon of pico and this time she didn’t give me all my change back I won’t give them a 3rd try gonna stick with mi ranchito food and service is always a 10

I ordered Chilles Rellenos and it was horrible. It wasn't stuffed with cheese like it says on the menu. It was stuffed with some mystery meat..... and they didn't even peel the skin off the peppers. It was quite bland. Rice and beans were very bland. I will not be going back, ever.
