Every time I go to this Taco Bell everyone is unprofessional, rude and mess up my food. Tonight I tried to go and I told the lady what I wanted and she put it on the screen correct then I get the food and it’s all wrong so I pulled back around and there was a car in front of me and I guess overheard me upset about my food on the phone with my boyfriend and she and the employee was talking about me and when I get to the window the employee was already having snd attitude and then I guess a manger and another employee came over and I told them what’s happening and he proceeds to tell me he made them right when obviously they didn’t. And then they shut the window and the girl employee is still back there talking about me. Then it takes them 3 minutes to figure out how to do a refund and didn’t even refund me for my drink. I have been to plenty of Taco Bell’s and this one is literally the worse
We went through the drive through and ordered $43.63 of food got most of our food except two burritos. We went back through the drive through to come and find out that they knew they forgot them. And didn't stop us. Mind you we didn't pull all the way out of the drive through only pulled forward.
It was fine, the facility is fairly old but it’s relatively well-run. I observed them cleaning the place and wearing gloves while preparing the food so I was comfortable eating. I had several changes to my Crunchwrap given it’s a vegan order and they did everything I asked for.
Don't know why you guys can't update your hours on google. Taco Bell pushes mobile ordering so much, but when we order, They can't even be bothered to tell us in the drive through that they are closed."We're closed early on Sundays." Oh, are you? Cause I just put in a mobile order cause your website says open.So take the money from the mobile order, say your open, and just don't answer the drive through to tell us you're closed. Nice.The service is usually relatively good there. Update your website hours though, tf?

Love taco bell! Only thing I can say bad wise is try had sign up said complete 1 minute survey get free combo meal.... the guy who took our order even stopped by our table on his way out n said "I'm leaving but I let my co-workers know u were filling out the survey 2 get free combo meal" when went up 2 do it the person at register said they were closed. Other than that everything was great!
Pretty sure the guac is tainted, little tangy. And only got one packet of sauce ? But the staff was great, lol
Amazing crew they made me feel at home also thank you for that extra cinnamon rolls because since were truck drivers we had to wait standing outside drive-through so they have beautiful hospitality keep it up crew and my food was awesome shout out from El Paso Texas y’all

Just got told they won't be serving me again because I asked them to re-make one item in the order that smelled like stink bug, then was gaslit by the employee telling me that it does not when they didn't even bother to smell the food. They used to be great and have good food, but recently every time I've gone there there's always one item that smells like stink bug.
