Subway is one of my favorite "fast" food restaurants to go to, unfortunately I've noticed a decline at this particular facility. The food itself that is displayed is not visibly appealing, from wilted greens (lettuce, spinach) to tomatoes having 3 to 4 slices in a deep dish pan, that has clearly been out all day that they still will pick through. Most of the products are never actually filled, that is understandable given the volume of the store, but, with that being said low volume pans can make the products look nasty, given they will use the gloves from other foods and place their hands into different pans, leaving debris and making it unappetizing. The facility itself is not very busy given each time I've been there, there has only been a max of 2 people working with maybe a handful of customers. I personally feel if the business is not that busy, then there should be no reason to have food not be visibly appealing. The prior visit I had a female on her phone talking through her air pops while making my order, laughing and holding a full conversation on the phone while only looking at me for confirmation to either continue or move down the line, no words were spoke other then the thank you at the end, another reason for my review.
I just watched the girl behind the counter alone make sandwiches and ring people up without ever changing her gloves. 4 different people on line. She makes their sandwiches and rings them up. Her gloves even had a hole in them. Who knows who’s ingesting whatever piece came off her glove ??? The mouse they use at the register was crusty and disgusting. Ewwww never again
Due to an error on the subway app, this store collected my payment twice. When I asked them about it, they said I’d need to contact support on the app, because they couldn’t give me a refund.I contacted the app and called Subway corporate HQ. Headquarters told me corporate has *never* issued refunds and it would have to come from the store.These people at this location dishonestly told me they couldn’t resolve my issue and it’s still unresolved.
Good place to stop off 81. Easy access, good service.
Very rude employees. They would speak very low and then get mad if you asked them to repeat it. Disrespectful to customers.. won't return

I'm tired of the people who work there being so rude everytime I come in. I work in the same area and don't like bad customer service. I still go back because I love subway.

Got food poisoning from here bad quality and not sanitary at all!! Will never be returning!!
One thing I have always loved about Subway is their fresh bread. Every now and then however I am disappointed by a shop that tries to pass off old bread. I had such an experience at this Subway today. I don't know if it was from yesterday or early this morning but I do know that it was not the usual wonderful fresh bread that Subway usually has. They may think they're saving time or money but they have just lost this customer who works only a mile away.
