Im from New york and i just drove 6 hours straight and stopped to get subway, im sooooo happy i stopped here the two workers i was greeted with were the nicest people i’ve encountered in a very long time and they were even nice enough to let me use the employee only restroom. let me tell ya im definitely going to go out of my way to stop by at this subway on my next road trip. 10/10 customer service
I’ve never been so compelled to write a review until today. I walked into subway with my son today and I was greeted by Mr.Singh. When I tell you this store was immaculate you could eat off of the floor type clean. Mr.Singh is so kind and compassionate, he loves what he’s doing and he loves every person like they are family when they walk in. I’ve never met someone so refreshing to talk to. Mr.Singh and his subway are amazing!
Seriously the best Subway location ever! I don’t usually even LIKE Subway, but I currently have a lot of dietary restrictions and Subway is one of the few places I can eat out safely without interfering with my health, and I was hungry lol.Anyway, there was a slight hiccup with my order due to the recent change in the sweet onion sauce-the new version contains soy, which I can’t eat, and the app still shows the original one, which is soy-free. I didn’t know they had changed it, and since the app didn’t mention anything about the change, that’s what I ordered. I had ordered delivery, so it wasn’t until the food arrived that I noticed the sauce was different. NOT the store’s fault, this was a corporate issue that they are supposedly working on.Anyway, I called and explained the situation, and they made me a whole new sub, no questions asked! FANTASTIC customer service!! I did have to go in to pick up the new one, and it was impeccably clean. Looked like it had been recently remodeled too, it looked great. Nice and bright and welcoming. All the food looked and tasted very fresh. It was seriously so good I came back the very next day for another! The staff was so super friendly, it makes me sad this isn’t my local Subway. I will definitely make it a point to visit this location whenever I visit Winchester!!

We do not deserve him!Also : best subway experience I have ever hadI gave up on subway because of the poor service on Millwood pike location!Also the cleanest location I have ever seen! This should be the model store.
Just left this Subway. The store was so clean, my salad was delicious (and pretty!), and the man and woman working were both SO kind! Probably the best service I’ve ever had in a Subway. I’m not local to the area, but if I was, I would frequent this restaurant much more.

The staff is friendly and patient. The store is immaculately clean. Even when they are busy they move through the line quickly and efficiently.
Looking at the other reviews and wondering if this is new management. It’s a subway, how great could it be?This is the nicest, cleanest, best tasting subway I’ve ever had. Both employees greeted every customer and were super nice and friendly. Somehow even the Dr.Pepper tasted better (a well-maintained machine?).
The store was very clean. Food and bread looked fresh. The gentleman behind the counter took a lot of pride in his work and was very friendly. Honestly, this was probably my best subway experience I’ve ever had.
Raj was an amazing employee, service was quick and made me leave the restaurant smiling. Deserves a raise.
