I was driving through town and decided to stop at Sonic for two of their Famous Shakes. The restaurant was not busy. I ordered a Strawberry Classic Shake and a Reese's Peanut Butter Classic Shake, and I received 2 Strawberry Classic Shakes and not Reese's Peanut Butter Classic Shake. I did not realize this until I drove on down the road. Never received a receipt.
Low end quality makes for a displeasureable dining experience. These hot dogs could quite possibly be the worst in all of fast food.
We went through the drive thru for a couple bags of ice, because Sonic has the best ice ever! There were 7 cars ahead of us and three behind us, but the drive thru moved pretty quick and Kendra the drive thru associate was very friendly, courteous and kept a smile on her face. Great customer service !
Liked the food. Service is kinda slow but car hops are super friendly!
Really like Sonic Drive In. We drove 30 minutes to eat here. The bathrooms are really clean at this location which is rare for fast food restaurants. Got 2 burgers tots and drinks. The food was hot and tasted fresh. Luckily we used the app to order ahead because they weren't taking orders at the stalls today. Just another symptom of the staffing crisis, not Sonics fault. They got our food to us fast once we checked in on the app. The drive through was long, but seemed to be moving pretty fast. Alexander was our carhop and he was so friendly.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We drive up to order at the kiosk. 10 minutes later the girl comes on the intercom and asks us how big our order is going to be. We tell her there are 4 of us. She then comes on to tell us she can’t do an order that big and to please come to the drive thru. We’re literally blocked in by three cars. We can’t move to the drive thru. If you can’t take any orders that big then you need to close the kiosks. She was extremely rude about it as well. It’s not my problem that she can’t take an order for four people (two of which are children) even though I was understanding. She was so rude. I’m always patient and kind any time I go out to eat. I’m also always understanding when an establishment is under staffed. But the lady working didn’t need to be rude. It’s a shame she had to take her bad day out on my family.
Seems to be an above average sonic. Food came in less than 3 minutes! Delicious chicken tenders and tater tots. Slush was watery and I couldn't totally taste the flavor, but nothing's perfect. Food was hot and waitress was careful with it. Order system was very advanced, it even said "Kendra is coming with your order" on the screen. Half of the drive in area is closed off but makes sense because of the staff shortage. Great service and food!
The food was great and it came out quick. It can get pretty expensive, but all and all, it's worth it. The employees are polite and food is hot. Try it out. Make it a date night or take the whole family and ENJOY!!
Yeah this sonic sucks!! we waited in the pull in slot for 20 minutes just for someone to say they are only taking orders in the drive through. the drive through was empty when we got there then the line was so long we waited an extra 10 just to get out. AND WHEN WE ASKED IF WE CAN PLACE A MOBILE ORDER TO BE BROGHT OUT SHE SAID THEY ARE PRIORITIZING DRIVE THROUGH. would not recommend. very unprofessional. block off pull ups if not able to take orders instead of waisting our time. would give a 0 if i could.
If i could leave a 0 star i would......I have six friends sitting in my living room We see the commercial for the chiliFrito burritos... I ordered 13 Chili Frito burritos..I drive 7 Mi up7 miles back Come into the house with a bag full of Burritos and some are 4 inches in lenth and some are 2 inches in lenth i kid you not i opened one of the small one up it had less than a teaspoon of chill and 6 fretos......called the manager and she basically called me a lier and said they were all six inch burritos.....btw this is my first time ever at a sonic restaurant
