Unfortunately we will not be back to this RR. We went in Mar 2020 and the food was pretty poorly prepared (fries undercooked, food cold). However I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt because it was early pandemic and restaurants were trying to figure it out. Decided to try it again tonight after two years and nope- not again. Once more the fries were soggy and undercooked (although warm). Additionally, my burger had the wrong toppings (despite the note on the to go container having my order correct..did not match what I was given). After getting past the charred outer part of the burger, it was pretty decent. But the lack of attention and continued inability to produce quality to go fries means this RR is officially off our list. It’s too bad because they have several gluten free options, which is the reason we chose it this evening because we are struggling to find options for my wife. Maybe the food service is better inside, and the topping issue can be addressed, but as for takeout, I can’t recommend. Looking at the overall ratings for this RR suggests to me this isn’t an isolated incident. Bummer cause they can have some good food.
Food was good as usual. Service was a little off for curbside pickup. The app said our order would be ready at X time. We arrived a minute or two before X time & called to check in, they said it would be out when ready. 15 minutes later, we called again, the guy apologized & said it would be right out and he couldn't even find the "to go" person.
Great service and food. Came here on a snowy day this week with other family members. Server was efficient and friendly and our food was awesome. I would give more stars but only 5 available!!!
I regularly order the Buzz wings from here, and they usually taste great. In the photo the wings are shown, I don't like the chips and Bleu cheese so I asked them to exclude those ingredients. The only two things I have an issue with is the wait times due to a lack of staff and the consistency of how the sauce is applied to my wings. Sometimes my wings will be dripping with sauce and uncomfortably hot, and other times it will be dried into the breading and taste more mild. For the most part, me and my family enjoy this restaurant.
We ordered 45 min online before picking up the order at curbside. We gave them the time.of delivery when we would pick it up and waited 30 min in order for them to bring it out. The server said the Milk shake machine was broken and that is what took so long. We saw other people though beside us come and go for curbside but they waited an easy 15 min in order for them to get their food. When she gave us the food, she said that she forgot to give it to us once the shakes were done and the machine was fixed. We asked if our food was still hot and she said yes, lying. She said it sat under the burner. Firstly, no one wants food that has sat under a heated lamp for 30 minutes. Second, the food was super lukewarm. We were so frustrated that we just drove off. Our little ones were so irritable and hungry. The experience really upset me. We spent 82 dollars for the order because the app makes you put a tip. The tip was set to 20% -what a fraud. Awful place. Don't order curbside or use the app.Update: We opened our food and my fried egg was undercooked on my burger. The other two burgers were mislabeled. So my husband bit into my daughter's burger before realizing it was the wrong burger. As if it couldn't get worse, the burger he bit into was raw inside!My 3 year old son got the chicken strips and fries for kids...it was dry and after one bite, he wouldn't eat it! How can you mess up chicken strips and fries! Horrendous service and food!
Will never go back. Tried it twice. I have never seen a restaurant so bad before. I'm not one to put negative reviews at all but 2 bad experiences and the manager didn't even seem to be bothered with how bad it was. Very slow service, food was cooked right, on top of it all. I went to the bathroom and they took my plate with half of my burger and fries still on the plate. She couldn't refill my drink but she picked up my food without saying anything to the table. They all had a mouthful of food and couldn't stop her.
They don't want to make money here. There was pretty much no one inside and a 20 minute wait. It's like they think it's a privelage for you to be able to come into their restaurant. I laughed and we went to Texas Roadhouse where they want your business.
The food is alway good at Red Robin.The online ordering for pickup worked fine.It’s fun to use the chalk board in the waiting area…if you are an artist, or not, have a try at it.
The employee who walked us to our table was wearing a mask that was not covering her face.Wanted us to sit at a table with brooms leaningagainst it, floor had even swept and the debriwas still laying on the floor. The menus were placed on the table and the brooms were not moved until mentioned. The floor to the restaurant was filthy. Debri was all over the seats, who wants to sit in ketchup.We left, not recommend.
Awful experience. Placed a curbside pickup order. For $62 after a tip, you'd expect it to maybe at least be on time. I tried to get three burgers and sides for my family, placed the order at 6:31, and it said pickup at 7:00 PM. I didn't get the food until 7:35 PM, because "one of the burgers got mixed into someone else's order". So the other two were completely cold, having sat there for 40+ minutes, while they remade the other one, and absolutely zero condolences offered. When I called to say we were there, the woman who answered the phone was giggling, and was so rude when she finally stopped laughing to ask what I wanted. Awful experience, as I said before.
