To start our server Allison was amazing. And also the burger was surprisingly great. Where this seafood restaurant fell short was the actual seafood. The lobster tail was overcooked as well as the shrimp scampi the lobster bisque was more like cheese soup. Honestly if the service was anything shy of amazing I would have given it a lower score.
My husband was up at 12am throwing up after eating the lobster tail ,scallop, shrimp, feast. My son got sick after eating fish and chips and Cole slaw. My daughter and I had different meals and didn't get sick. The entire meal was awful and a waste of $110. Will not be going back.
Not happy. Bought the Thursday special which came with a free drink. I got water and figured that my husband's tea would be considered as my free drink. That was not to be. Had to pay $2.99 extra for it. Used a gift card at the table which did not show my balance on the receipt. That was a big deal to get a receipt from the main cashier that showed our balance. Why shouldn't the table receipt show it?
We go to the Red Lobster and had a simply marvelous dinner. It was good and the waitress was so good and nice. Food amazing and I ate it all
Believe the hype! Everything I expected and more. Just like the commercials!! The Ultimate Seafood Feast a-1. Also those cheddar biscuits everyone’s crazy about.. Yes, they have them.
Old And uncared for restaurant. Make you sad cause. Those places use to be so nice
I love Red Lobster but this location is my new favorite! It's newer & very nice inside. They were short staffed & its popular so there was a wait. But so worth it! The food was delicious! I think my server's name was Sammantha, she was just so lovely, cheerful, efficient & helpful!
Service was good. We arrived about an hour after opening. Not busy. Food was not good. Not even a little. We all ordered different food. But atmosphere was good and customer service was good.
Kyla was a great waitress, probably the best we have had In a month! Kudos to her. Portions were huge!
