Picked up a pizza here. Not well kept up around the building. Doors were filthy. It would look better if cleaned and landscaping taken care of. Doesn't take that long to care.The pizza tasted fine and was hot, but had ordered double toppings of pepperoni on one half and there were only 5-7 on the pizza. So sad
Extremely nice staff! Very helpful food was done on time and tasted so good the pizza was perfect!
Pizza not cooked all the way. Employees outside smoking, which makes the pick up experience even horrible. LONG wait times. The app said 20 mins will be ready and I waited 15 mins extra because my Cheesesticks wasn't ready yet, while my pizza just sit there not even in the bag.
Second time I’ve waited over an hour and a half for my food. Usually this place is awesome other than these two experiences. It’s currently 1am and I placed my order at 11:14pm and still nothing. The store is closed so no answer. The store is exactly 4 mins down the road… Unacceptable to say the least.
didn't deliver the chicken wings we paid for. offered a $10 credit for their screwup or they would deliver the wings. I thought they would credit the card I used, but no. only a store credit to be used within 30 days.
After 2 hours the order was not delivered. When I called the store to check on the status, I was hung up on (without speaking to anyone) multiple times & transferred to a call center. Once I was finally able to get through, I was told that they could remake and resend. I requested a refund and was told the manager I was speaking with was not authorized to give refunds. He said he would issue a credit, good for 30 days. I requested the name of the district manager that was authorized to give refunds & was told he wasn’t allowed to give that information out. I questioned that and said I simply wanted her name, not her phone number and was hung up on. To make me highly satisfied, I would expect polite customer service and the ability to return my money after 2 hours of not receiving my order.
Nice service here very nice and the new spicy lovers pizza is absolutely amazing. Nice spice great flavor hope it sticks around a while at least.
Always Great food and a very friendly customer service. It's very clean and the new lights out brightens the parking lot up. In the last year the new management team has done a terrific job in turning the ship around from 2020.
The past several times i have been to this pizza hut Staff could be friendlier. Guess they are just super busy. Pizza tastes great. Though
My last order was completely unsatisfying. The dough on the pizzas and bread sticks was old and dried out, the boneless wings were burnt and had the wrong sauce, and the bone in wings were dried out and tasted old.
