Dirtiest Panera ever. Turkey avocado sandwich was my favorite and they ruined it. It had some turkey wadded up golf ball looking and size. Not even enough to spread out on the bread 1 small size bacon also not enough to cover the bread. 1 thin slice of avocado not enough to cover the bread 1 thin slice of tomato. It was a one bite sandwich and toss the bread. Went and got lunch at Pho Bistro. The worst part at Panera was the manager doing interviews next to me. WHY? She was horrible to the applicant She told him if you put such little effort into your application what makes you think you'd put any effort into working in my store. How rude. She didn't have enough common sense not to do an interview in front of customers. Will never go back. There's plenty of normal Panera s out there.
To put it simply, the food is amazing. Perfect food that makes you feel like a white girl on spring break. Only reason for the 4 is the price. This place is not very suitable for broke people.
Placed order with app and everything was correct, including special adjustments, and ready when I arrived. Nice clean environment although I didn't eat there. One ingredient was out of stock but the app informed me and there was a reasonable substitute available.
Very nice and clean Panera. The staff was helpful and quick. Food was good and exactly what I expected. I recommend this Panera Bread.
I normally never give one's or two's, but my family had a poor experience Christmas Eve at this location. My family picked up our order for brunch. Got home and one of the pizzas we ordered wasn't included. Irritating, but it happens. We called Panera and they said come back and we can get you the pizza. I got there and it hadn't been communicated to anyone that we were missing a pizza, so I had to wait an additional 20 or so mins for it to be prepared. So getting more irritating at this point, but okay. Then during that 20 or so mins there were multiple team members/employees heckling one of the team members/employees for messing something up with a bread item. Not like a little, like significantly overboard. This was open for everyone to see. More than a little unprofessional. Unprofessional enough that I could see it made the team member/employee helping me uncomfortable. She actually asked them to stop. Which they didn't really. Lastly, when I finally got the pizza I opened it and it was the wrong pizza. At that point I wasn't gonna waste anymore of my time. So I left with the wrong pizza. The only reason I'm giving it a two versus a one is that their food was good. Maybe this was isolated incident (I'll chalk up to that), but the customer/guest experience was pretty poor.
Panera never disappoints me. The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. I always get Broccoli-cheddar soup and a turkey club with bacon & avocado.
The only thing I can say about this location is that the few times we have stopped there to eat the customer service is terrible. If you go in the morning they are never prepared. The last time we went there the gal behind the counter was very rude to me and our food was cold. Way to expensive for what you get. They have really gone down in the past year but the prices keep going up.
The Winchester Panera location is great to visit. Whether your studying for a class, writing a paper, conducting a meeting or lounging around, there is a spot for everyone. I enjoy purchasing fresh bread in the morning as well as other treats. If your looking for a great soup or delicious snack; stop bye and grab my personal favorite, a chocolate chip cookie!
The only thing consistent with panera are their soups (which are frozen bagged) and pre-made paninis. I ordered the steak and cheese which of course is a dollar more but hey I love steak and cheese, hard to mess up steak and cheese- they were out of pickled onions so had me modify the order; I got sauce on the side and arugula and this sad piece of fatty meat garbage is what I got. No arugula no sauce only tears I can cry into my consistently delicious broccoli cheddar soup.
The green tea was horrible it was old.I asked twice. Not soup ready for lunch?? Salad was old
