If you are trying to decide about eating here, I suggest you go someplace else. I've never been a fan of this chain, but my nephew wanted to eat here. The experience was simply dreadful.We arrived after 8pm and most of the seating area was closed. We were seated in a small area , there were open tables around us, but they were filled after we arrived.Our server was friendly, but seemed not too familiar with the menu and was shockingly unprofessional. He took our order.Then we waited.And waited.And waited.Other tables around us arrived, ordered and received their food before ours.Finally our waiter came with food. But none of it was what we ordered. The waiter mumbled something about having the wrong table. He took the food away.And we waited.After another 15 minutes, he told us that he asked the kitchen about our food order, but they got 'mad at him' and he wasn't sure when it would be out. He encouraged us to speak with a manager about it. We declined.5 minutes later he returned and again suggested we speak with a manager so we could get money taken off our bill. We agreed. He then coached us on what to say (including not telling the manager he was involved in getting the manager to come over).The manager arrived 5 minutes later. He looked like we were the 100th 'complaining' table of the night.We shared that we had been there for 45 minutes so far without food.He said he'd look into it.He returned with a gift card, taking 20% off our final bill.Our food arrived 10 minutes after the gift card and seemed like it had been sitting around for a while.Bad food +insipid service = a waste of my time and money.Don't waste yours.Go someplace else for dinner.
Service was awesome. I love olive garden but this one was special. The salad tasted like it had been in a dirty fridge for a week it had 1 thin slice of tomato,1 tiny pepper and 1 olive. If you can't afford quality food you should close your doors. I hope they aren't using salad and bread sticks left over from other tables that didn't eat all there's. I have seen restaurants do this. The bread sticks must have been in the same fridge and were stale. Pasta was mediocre.my asparagus was the bottom wood what happened to the tops. My bloody Mary was naked no veggies and a lot of salt , pepper and Tabasco. We paid and left without eating. We did however leave our amazing waitress a extra large tip. She was sweet and awesome. Not her fault that the food was garbage. I will never go to this Olive Garden again.
This was my first time ordering takeout from a sit-down restaurant like Olive Garden. Our wait time wasn't bad and the order was packed to go with perfection. Everything we could possibly need was included and the entrees were placed in the boxes with care. We even had the little thin mints that area great after the meal. Very well done!
We had a great lunch with my wife's aunt. The food was delicious and the service from Alivia was OUTSTANDING!!! Ask for her when you visit (but only if you tip well ?).
Had the best eggplant parmesan I've had in a long time. Our server was a fountain of information. She was pleasant and helped make this an enjoyable meal.

Took our team to Olive Garden on our way to our latest match in Maryland. With cold ahead to advise that we would have a party of 25 and they were ready for us with smiles. Nicely prepared food. Fairly priced. Perfect solution for 20 hungry athletes and coaches of the SVU Team. Well done!!!
Told the girl upfront that their were no more paper towels in the girls bathroom (because I used the last of them and wanted to make sure they knew) and she said “They probably aren’t but okay.” and walked away.
Had a great meal! Service was pleasant and on time. Our order was taken quickly and was served on time.
