Waited 8 minutes to order, once up to the ordering menu I could barely hear the kid. Waited 12 more minutes to get my order. Ordered a Big Mac, med fries and a chocolate shake. Oh sorry the milkshake machine is broken. Switched to a slushie.Oh sorry the slushie machine is broken. Got a coke. Got home and my medium fries were small fries in a large box. LOUSY SERVICE KERNSTOWN MCDONALDS!!!

I wish I could write something positive here , they are rude about getting orders right , they hang up on you if they answer at all , Had several occasions with hair in the food , ordered for pickup and they left me waiting and still never gave me the apple pies I ordered .. Have messed up multiple orders and then argue that it wasn't ordered that way after repeating yourself several times .. For products they didn't have They still took my money and wouldn't give me anything showing the next shift that I paid , they are stealing money and its a joke because people have been to court for less than what this place has stolen either from awful service and refusing to fix food or simply not giving the order as mentioned above it has not gotten better but worse as each day goes by
The hot food at this McDonald's is always hot and the burgers are cooked all the way through and not red in the middle. The drive thru is very fast and the order is alway right.
Finally found a McDonald's that actually made the quarter pounder fresh and not reheated in a microwave. A bonus was being able to actually sit down and eat inside like a human being rather than in your car like cattle.
I was the only person there at 9pm and with a full crew it took them 25 mins to make one cheeseburger it's not the first time it's happen to me or other people

Under staffed, quality is not good amd hasn't been good for a while.. Used to be one of the best around, managers are rude, staff does not care and only getting worse as time goes by.. One manager we met on evening shift seems to care and want change but I think she is fighting a fight she cant win alone..
This place is truly a blight on society , you charge me for double egg like I ordered and did not even put eggs on the sandwich, this is ridiculous, corporate needs to shut this place down , also please contact me so I can have my money back or I will get every single person I know to give you a one star review, all 100 people I work with will one star you , we will destroy your store and it is my personal mission
