Clean. That’s about the nicest thing I can come up with. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a muffin and they said they don’t have that. So I asked if they could give me egg and cheese on a muffin, then put bacon on it. They said they can’t. The cashier was super rude about it, but I chalk that up to her being fat.Update: I wrote the original review while waiting for our food. After 15 minutes I went to see why they were serving orders that were 7 orders after ours. They gave our order to somebody else so we had to wait longer for our meal to be remade.
Literally every time we’ve gotten food at this McDonald’s they never get it right or completely forget an item. Ordered an entire big hotcakes breakfast and received 3 hashbrowns, butter, and syrup. I was very disappointed and it’s like this every time me and my family have gotten food at this location.

Ordering online through the app is a great way to get some really good deals and some free food after earning enough points. I've been getting buy one get one free breakfast sandwiches for quite some time now, saving over $4 per order as well as earning points towards free items on future orders. A free apple pie on my birthday was nice as well!!
Not much to say, declining fast food place
When I went to this place, they had the doors open but kicked me out of the lobby stating that they are closed in the lobby and that the drive thru was only available. Afterwards, when I went on the drive thru line, they took my order, had me come up to the window and wait half an hour to get my food. They gave me my fries first, but as I waited that whole thing was empty and by the time I got the rest of my food, my fries were gone. Also, when I got my chicken sandwich, it was soggy and not very warm.
The most professional staff, and Ms Max is the best!!! Really if it's wrapped around still hop in line cause they get you in and out with food correct hot and fresh
This store was the fastest McDonald's in the area, it is now the slowest. This used to be a 5 star McDonald's. It was the fastest and most accurate McDonald's in the area. This morning I waited almost 10 minutes to get a couple of sandwiches. The older woman taking the orders at the 1st window was phenomenal. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the woman working the 2nd window. It seemed her and her friends were more interested in talking than they were handing out orders. Not only was there no apology for taking so long, but the girl stood at the window and finished her conversation while holding my bag if food the entire time. I hope this McDonald's gets back in track
