Not open 24-7. Also, not open around 6:30am on a regular week day. I don’t know why this McDonald’s isn’t open for typical breakfast times like every other McDonald’s.

Bad service and bad food. They take forever to complete doordash orders and never get orders correct
Line wrapped around the building and have been waiting to place order for 15 minutes. One car has been blocking the drive thru for all of this time! Says lobby is open, but locked. NO SIGN ON DOOR. All of the workers looking at us thru the door with no explanation. Lousy service!
Nope! Would not give manager’s name when filing a complaint. Dinning room not open (apparently for years due to COVID) but door says they are open from 6am-11pm for Dinning Room. Maybe a piece of paper is too much work…
Got to be the worst drive thru service for a McD in Winchester!Twice now this McDonald's forgot items in my order.The tall black kid taking the order should not be in the drive thru window at all or needs intense retraining.Jus not a good service.
It is 1pm currently and the inside of this McDonald’s is closed. Even though the sign says dinner room hours are 6am-11pm
This location needs to close they had absolutely no breakfast food available today, NONE. Order a sweet tea and got unsweet, at night the lights are always off making it look closed. I dont know who is running this location but they suck. I would rather drive to the pleasant valley location to get good food and good service. Pleasant valley also doesnt have supply issues and their ice cream machines are always working. This mcdonalds needs to close and some other COMPETENT food chain needs to go there. I know, maybe a Burger King.
I ordered a cappuccino and it was just coffee that was SCALDING hot with whipped cream on top...I get it no one wants to work at McDonald's but like, you had one job. It's not hard, I know because I've done it. I've worked in fast food, I've worked as a server, as a barista, as a bartender...and cappuccinos are basic. It's just expresso, milk and milk foam. I expected McDonald's to be lackluster buuut if you make a cappuccino right I shouldn't have to incinerate my tongue, lips and leg when I immediately spit it out. That's insane... Even if you didn't make it right it shouldn't be sooo hot that one tiny sip burns all my tastebuds off! I've ordered this exact drink from tons of other McDonald's without any issues. I've ordered hot cappuccinos from COFFEE SHOPS ALL OVER THE DMV AND NEVER HAVE I EVER BURNT MY MOUTH. I just moved in down the street but ong NEVER AGAIN.
