longest time I ever had to wait at any drive in fast food line...I was only about 6th or 7th in line when I arrived...I left 20 minutes later...then got home ny grandson didn't get his juice or apple slices in his Happy Meal....Things happen.I get it but I won't soon again v8sit that location if I see any line at all in the drive thru
Took my friend back to the hospital to visit his dad. While there we figured his mom needed a break and some fresh air so we took her across the street to McDonald's as it was close. Don't know why but the inside was closed and drive thru was of course backed up. They kept it moving fairly well and even got our order right, a big achievement for a McDonald's drive thru.
I only use the drive-thru here. Food is McDonald's food so nothing to note there. Line was a bit long and slow, but it was lunch time so it's understandable. Today was the longest wait I've had at about 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Very friendly staff and other experiences have been fine.
Extremely long line telling me they are understaffed. Order was wrong. The good news is this reminded me why I so rarely eat fast food
Standard McDonald's location! Nothing really to report on this particular place since it's not somewhere I frequent... It's always been fast and even though it feels really weird to give five stars to a McDonald's, they were always fast, and given their location, they do a ton of business during the rush/meal times of the day. Convenient for a couple decades, plus!
Glad to hear others had good experience cause my was horrible. Dine in order through kiosk cause nobody was available at register. After 20 minutes they hadn't even started my order. Finally got my food with stale buns and cold fries. Trash was over flowing and piled with empty trays
Last visit over a year ago the food was cold. I decided to try again for breakfast and ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel with NO EGG explicitly. I drove 20 mins home and instead got a bacon, EGG, and cheese. Allergic to eggs, so I just wasted my money for nothing and they didn’t even bother to give me a receipt…
The store was typically very busy. It is located next to a big hospital, so lots of people use it. We were nearby visiting a doctor. Our appt was delayed, so we came here for lunch to go. The drive through was backed up to the street, so we parked and walked in. The restaurant was very clean. We were in and out in no time. I didn't rate it with 5 stars because they don't offer the usual 2-fers or any other discounts. Two McDonald's burgers for $15 is very high priced!
Don’t waste your time picking up orders from this location for management is crazy they don’t know whether they’re open or closed.
Worst customer service ever! Placed small order on Mobil app. From parking lot. Entered Mobil pickup spot number and after waiting 20 minutes for just 2 items I went to drive thru and was told”sorry. We can’t help you we didn’t get your order. “ I showed the manager on duty the order was completed and my credit card charged by their restaurant and was told sorry. You have to call corporate. All over a &2.05 order. She refused to give me her name, the store managers name or corporate phone number. I explained I wanted a refund at least and was told no. I simply refused to move my car from the drive thru window until I was given either my order or a refund. Finally an employee against the manager wishes brought me my $2.05 order. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!
