Foods generally pretty good but the curbside is slowed then almost every other mcd I've tried.Anyway Valley Ave is worse but only just.Go inside or drive through if you like your food hot and order prompt.
This place was the only McDonald's in the area that was open 24 hours. It still appears to be but parking is a mess and drive thru is now non-existent as they undergo update/replacement. This place should have informed Google of this when confirming it's hours and details 6 weeks ago. Google gets 0 stars because you can't provide this detail as part of its edit process.
Ordered thru doordash twice in one night. First time all the food wasn’t even heated up, all extremely cold and I live not even 2 minutes away.. sundae with extra fudge? An absolute joke.. barely any an ice cream and the tiniest dab of fudge… so we reordered to at least see if they’ll fix it. Same thing. Food was cold, sundae was the exact same way, no sauces, just a bag full of ketchup packets we didn’t order.
I work 3rd shift, and this is one of the few places open. I order on my app and almost every time I get to the store, it takes at least 20 minutes to get my food with no one else there; or I put my order in and they're closed when I get there. It's an absolutely horrible location that is always understaffed to the point that they have to close down their 24 hour location.
Went through the drive through and ordered food for my family. It took five minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were at the drive through order screen. Then, the man taking the order was very rude and impatient. After I placed the order my son decided he wanted a plain cheeseburger. Before I paid I asked the man at the window to add the burger before we paid. He stared at me and closed the window. A moment later he came back and gave us a total. We checked the bag but there was no plain cheeseburger. So we waited for a minute til he came back to the window and mentioned we still needed a plain cheeseburger. He said he couldn’t add it, we have to go out and back around the building and go through the drive through again. The manager then threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave and he’d have me trespassed from the premises. All I wanted was a plain cheeseburger. I had my card in my hand ready to pay but he was just demanding we leave, saying we were holding up the line. Eventually he gave us the burger and we left. I’ve been through McDonald’s drive throughs a thousand times and I’ve never been given any attitude about changing an order. Absolutely unprofessional. Also they only gave us 2 ketchup packets for 16 chicken nuggets. Like seriously cmon now
It's McDonald's, burgers generally good. Fries always good. Shakes always good.
Cold fries, worst sweet tea I have ever had at a McDonald's. Burgers were cold. Employee at the window was rude. I love McDonald's but this one was horrible.
If I could give 0 stars I will they mess up my order and when I ask for my food they catch an attitude and slam the window in my face I got 2 drinks but no straws? It’s a place of business not a high school people really need to grow up and stop acting childish all Winchester fast food customer service SUCKS! I never been treated so badly until I moved out here when I order my food i expect to get what I order its my money that’s being spent so of course I’m upset I work hard for mine McDonald’s definitely need new employees and new management
Great staff very friendly sometimes service is slow but it's always because they are busy, cut them some slack. Food is hot 99% of the time.
We stopped in here because our hotel breakfast was lacking, so who doesn't love Mickey D's for breakfast?? Food was fast and hot. It's amazing how much cheaper prices are here compared to our Upstate NY McDonald's. Only con is the parking area is very congested when drive thru is busy.
