The customer service is abysmal. I waited as 3 other cars in the next line got to order. When I spoke up about it I was told I was waiting because of someone else's coupon. Another car ordered and left. I realized I had a better chance ordering directly at the window as a deaf/hard of hearing person would. When I got there the attendants response was "oh they're gonna be mad at me." All I wanted to do was order a 10 piece and small fry. I told her this and tried to hand her my card. Traffic was behind me so I moved to the next window. The young lady told me I had to go around in line AGAIN. When I asked for a manager, none would come. When I asked which manager refused to come speak to a customer I was told there were 3. Then she didn't know their names. I finally went inside to get the name of Angela. I didn't speak to her more than to learn her name but this kind of treatment from ANY manager at ANY establishment is unacceptable. They're in the business of selling food. They failed.
We don't eat fast food that often, but every so often we'll stop at McDonald's. My daughter loves the kids chicken nuggets happy meal and my wife loves the fish sandwich. I used to get the grilled chicken sandwich, but they're no longer available, so I have to get something else that's not as healthy. We also enjoy a McDonald's ice cream cone about 2 times a year.
First off this is my FIRST time ever I've followed through and made it here to leave a review. To begin the visit it was in the middle of the afternoon line 3 or 4ish so the restaurant was dead. There was one couple in lobby with a child eating. Anyway my daughter went up to counter to order and pay while I used the restroom. I gave her my code to use and order a large fry for 1.00. I came out from restroom and she told me how much the order was and it was wrong. I asked her if she gave them the code and she said she did but the receipt didn't show it. We'll the 2 women working front line was over by frie bin chatting. She requested fresh fries when she ordered so I just thought they were waiting for the fries that were in basket frying to get our order. Boy was I wrong.....one of the lady's yelled from where she was asking what we needed. I asked her to rering my order so the code could be used for the discount. After many eye rolls and getting fries that were already under the heat lamp since before we walked in. I didn't even want them after the attitude from these women I guess we were bothering them for needing assistance. But as I walked out the door there on the ledge at the beverage counter lay a baby cockroach. Once again when this was mentioned to the same 2 lady's all they did was say okay as they walked off with there back to us.......SMH WoW!!!!Really do people like that keep there job?
Absolutely the most annoying thing is to see a sign saying the inside is open till 4:30 so you park walk up to the door and it is locked. I have complained several times and the manager told me they lock it because people come and hang out and they can’t see them (who cares thats at most McDonald’s) anyway he told me to go to the other door that its always open. Next time I go to pick up an order waste my time once again go to the one door it’s locked go back in my car drive around the building park at the other door where the manager said to go and it’s also locked after all that then I have to get online which by this point at least five cars have gotten ahead of me and I’m trying to pick up a mobile order makes no sense to order online so your order is ready and then sit at a drive-through while everybody else places their order and pays for it their orders. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS!!!!! AS IVE ASKED OVER AND OVER AGAIN PLEASE PUT A BIG SIGN ON THE DOORS TO SAY INSIDE S CLOSED INSTEAD OF INSIDE IS OPEN TILL 4:30 STOP wasting peoples time!!!!!!!!!! It’s an easy darn fix just do it already or open your doors like your door note states and like all other McDonald’s. THEY ARE ALL OPEN WHY AREN'T YOU???????? Lazy managers & employees I suppose.
In my opinion, they serve the hottest and most well made food out of all the McDonalds in Winchester. Obviously the food isn't grand, but you should not expect that from a fast food place. My only complaint is that they haven't brought back the pink lemonade slushie, but that's a fault of the corporation, not the franchise.
manager was incredibly rude, cut my friend off, and didn’t actually listen to her order. had to get the drink replaced at the window and when i called to complain, he was not willing to understand that his tone and hateful attitude were not appreciated. i am not someone to leave bad reviews or wish anyone a harder time but dude, you need to be kinder to people. i hope whatever is going on with you gets better sincerely but leave that attitude at the door.
I wanted to grab just a seltzer water before I got on the road, upon walking in you could clearly see the drive-through was extra hectic and I waited for a bit. I finally asked if someone can help me whereas I was told to go to the terminal and order what I wanted. That’s not an issue I just wish someone would’ve told me upon entering the store as they were no signs or anything. After that little bit of confusion the young man that helped me was first friendly and turned out to be a very nice interaction. The place was spotless as were the service, behind the register around the garbage cans even outside.
Even door there said they weren’t closing lobby until 4 they were still closed by 250 and refused to take any orders or allow us to walk up to drive thru even though I showed them my vehicle would not fit. Every other time I have been inside they refuse to take my order anyway they say use the kiosk and no matter how many times I express I wouldn’t like to they still say kiosk or nothing. They have no customer service skills and continue to mess up everyday I have gone there. Hopefully they will either learn how to treat customers or close down all together so there employees can find jobs not customer service related
Please change your website hours. We patiently waited for 15 minutes in the drive-thru and no one acknowledged us. There were about 11 cars behind us also. I called the restaurant and asked if they were open, they said they closed at 11pm. (It was 11:20pm. Your website and google listing say you are open 24 hours.) When I asked why they can’t let people they are closed, the response was that she was in the office and that they don’t wear headsets. I also asked why there couldn’t just have been a sign up so that we all didn’t have to sit there waiting, she said that she is not the one in charge. I understand that we are all short staffed. I work in the same industry as well, I get it. At least do right by your customers and let them know you will not be servicing them for the night instead of making them wait. And please change your hours online if you do not intend to be open 24 hours.
Apparently they only accept cash at night? They probably just don’t want to do their job. Go to the Mcdonalds on south pleasant valley road instead
