The slowest door dash in the country. They will literally print the label maybe even make the food, load the bag and wait until you give up and come inside. They'll make some excuse about just came up. Meanwhile, you find out they didn't follow receipt, making random burgers instead of just adding an ingredient. Ohh and the "just up" foods room temp and stale.Avoid and go to the slightly less bad pleasant valley location.
When I order extra pickles and extra onions, they literally give me one extra pickle and one single extra sliver of onion. I order 4 mayo packets for the 5 sandwiches I ordered, and they give me one packet. I ordered 2 fillet'o fish and both of them had the slice of cheese melted on the outside of the buns. They never fill the large fry container and there is just always something sub par about this location. Terrible management and crew. Always disappointed. SMH
No your welcome after ordering in dt, no greeting by manager at window, no thank you after handing me order. Was rushed. Still could take 2 seconds to thank me
No help! No such thing as fast food anymore.
Charged twice even with different amounts on my credit card. Tried calling and one of the managers even yelled at another manager saying “she can deal with it later” and telling them to hang up with me. I’ve called the corporate office and even after a week I still cannot get someone from that store to call and correct the issue of over charging me.
Most rude disrespectful uneducated crew ever it’s not what you say but how you say it never again
McDonald's was Great! I was there with my daughter and my mother. We had a great time. Nice staff. Great food. Clean store.
Ordered a filet of fish meal which was hot and fresh (rare at any fast food establishment) but my god $8.43 for this combo and not even a large drink?Mcdonald's is slowly pricing themselves out of the market with there increasing prices.Will be a while before I purchase another combo at McDonald's, will have to stick with Wendy's on Pleasant Valley Rd. $5 biggie bag or even their 4 for $4 much better deal.
I visited this abomination and was horrendously appalled by the lack of control that the employees have of their store. School had just let out and this McDonald's was packed full of kids that had walked over from Handley. Upon entering I witnessed children shouting over each other, pushing and shoving each other, getting rude with employees, and even putting their feet on the counter and tables. The employees gave very little effort to maintain control of their store and it was a literal madhouse. I walked out without ordering. As I proceeded out the front door I saw a kid kicking another kids head into the middle of the street where there was a flow of traffic. This is sadly the worst representation of Handley that I have ever seen. I will not be returning to this McDonald's ever again and I certainly will make every effect to keep my children away from such a barbaric society of young adults.
Pleasant experience but needs faster clerks because I always find myself waiting in a long line
