My wife and I and a friend all coincidentally had the same meal. The Small filet with a baked sweet potato and a bowl of lobster and shrimp chowder and all agreed how good it was. We all ordered medium and each was slightly different but still medium. Another friend had the Lamb chops and said they were very pleased. We were all very delighted with the experience and highly recommend Longhorn.
Mason is an amazing and friendly server, came to check on us to make sure everything was good. My steak was a little over cooked and they did not hesitate on getting me a different one. Manager came to apologies and made sure everything was great afterwards. Outstanding service and friendly customer service, we will for sure come back again.
Had a really good meal. Thier were 4 of us. Two had the flow cut, one NY cut and I had the 12 Oz rib eye. Cooked from med rare to med well. All came out just right. So I am giving them 5 stars. Finally it was my birthday, but we didn't say anything till the end. I was still given a birthday dessert.
This restaurant has a superb staff. The food was experly prepared according to our desire. Angela (our server) was excellent n taking care of our needs. She should be highly commended for her positive attitude, humor and her friendliness. Great job Angela.
I ordered a Medium Burger and crispy fries. The burger was way over cooked. Did not finish it. I would say this was the worst burger I have ever had. I gave this place a 2 star because the fries were very good. I even told my friend I wish we had went to McDonald's because even their hamburgers are better and that's not saying much. Information requested from longhorn has been emailed.
I have a daughter that goes to Shenandoah University. She plays basketball for the school so we are in town a lot! Our favorite place to eat is Long Horn Steakhouse. I want to call out the manager, Jonathan, and their super duper waitress, Christina for the great service. Christina has been our waitress many times, and she is so friendly and pleasant. We often show up with big parties (8 to 11 guests), and she is always on top of it! She works hard and I feel she deservers to be recognized. Thank you so much, and we will see you guys next week!!
Fantastic service and food. First time for me and I'll definitely be back. It was really busy Valentine eve but we still had our steaks in front of us in 35min

Great NY strip steaks and wild west shrimp! They also provide good service and their call ahead is helpful.
