Stale chips. Frozen margaritas taste awful with a awful after taste. Took ten minutes just to get those stale chips and salsa. Waitress kept running off and it took 20 minutes to take our order after we asked the hostess to find our Waitress. There was 3 or for hostesses standing around doing nothing. The mixed beef qeuso dip is bland with no real flavor. My grande California burrito had almost no steak in it. My wife's rice was over cooked to mush. I would never ever come back here. Martinsburg wv las trancas is 100% better. I hated even paying the bill. Horrible service and horrible food.
As I'm walking up my first impression was trash scattered around the outside dining area..."It's the little things that matter." Walked in and the trash/floor theme continued. First employee encounter was with the unsmiling host who sat us, took our order, served us and managed to never express a pleasantry or crack a smile. Now that takes talent or a sincere dislike for what he was doing. He did give away one trade secret, when bringing four plates of food to our table, he placed one of the plates almost squarely on top of another plate of food and hope the customer didn't notice. Gotcha! Plexi glass between booths was and I'll bet still filthy. Looked like it's used part time for childrens finger painting between customers. The appetizer, Super Nachos...weren't. The chicken added to the nachos was simply one sole clump in the middle of a single layer of chips and gunk.The meals arrived, the quesadilla was more of a soft taco. The Fajitas and enchiladas were standard fare.I could pile on about the bartender/manager doing shots with a customer or the confusing motif or having to track the unsmiling guy down to pay the check, or....nevermind.
Hailey was our most excellent server. She was busy with 3 other tables all at once, yet she took really good care of us. I had the chicken special with chorizo, and my husband had chicken & spinach enchiladas. I was happy they had Coke products & had a Diet Coke. The decor was nice, and the bathroom was clean and well appointed.
Always a great experience here! Good food, good drinks, great service!
Best Carnitas I’ve had thus far!! You get a generous, tender portion bursting with flavor. When they say secret spices.. THEY mean it!! Highly recommend??
Food was good, nothing spectacular but would definitely go back. No issues or problems, overall it was good meal with good service.
Went here for my daughters 15 th birthday and had a party of 7. Went around 1 pm and was a great time to get in and avoid the crowd. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was phenomenal and can’t say enough good things about our server , Ricardo . Will def be back!!
12/6/21 - Fernando was my server tonight at the bar. He did a great job. My dinner was very good. I had the Grande California Burrito. I split it in two for two meals. The food is ¡EXCELLENTE! Full of flavor and safe for me to eat. Thank you, Hailey, for taking those extra steps to make my first dining-in experience here at Las Trancas a great one. When in town, I'll be back. And hopefully, you'll be working. ????? Keep up the great job.

The wife and I had beef fajitas for luncheon if Edith's for lunch and we got good value for the lunch price.Service was good, and the food was hot, and vegetables in the beef fajitas were cooked nicely and there were plenty of them.
