This is absolutely great food and staff! The environment is spot on as well I really enjoy coming here just typing this I'm ready to go back!

New to the area and coming from Tex-Mex in Texas, this is a great escape of goodness! The salsa is the best I have ever tasted with the perfect amount of cilantro. The chimichanga and grande burrito are excellent. The flour tortilla for the chimichanga is fried to perfection bringing a light and flavorful combination when married with the juicy shredded chicken. I definitely recommend this restaurant and touched the a bit of heavenly enlightenment. Thank you La Carrera!
I ordered the Texano. It was a large portion and full of meat (shrimp, chicken and beef) and peppers and onions.The salsa at this place looks homemade and tastes better than any Ive ever had at a Mexican restaurant!
I have never really liked this because of past experiences after it first opened.My son talked me into going and giving it another try(15 years later). I'm glad I went. The food was amazing and even though they were short staffed, the staff was very friendly and made sure our needs were met.
i love this place , food is always great and the portions are pretty decent ,the people working there are very friendly i have it at least once every 2 weeks
Carreta Shrimp Cocktail Soup made me feel like summer in February. Everything was so fresh.
