The worst KFC ever. Chicken was old and cold. It tasted like dirty grease. Completely un-edible. The gravy was so old it had clumps and lumps. Coleslaw was brown and smelled like dirt. Biscuits were hard as a rock. This is not the quality I expect from KFC. We love KFC and will never return to this one.
The food at this particular KFC was much better than previous ones I have visited. Everything tasted as if it were freshly made. Very good.
Freshly cooked chicken and biscuits;;;old macaroni and cheese though.....clean and organized on the outside and a very quick,professional friendly staff ? ?
I ordered a big boxes meal and when I got to the window Katie took my money after she gave me the change I notice before she gave the change she did not have gloves on and after she gave me the change she must’ve wash her hands because she came back with gloves on and the food in the bag was sloppy . That’s not how you treat a paying customer and I will remember that and yes i will not come back there anymore (Racism will never did with people like that
The order was a total failure. Chicken strips were hard. No biscuits with our measl although we paid for them. Requested no gravy on potatoes. Failed to get that right. Very disappointed.
Prefer my food online. It was confirm for pick up. Once I got to the store, they said they were closed because they ran out of chicken and I had to cancel my order. I’m not able to cancel my online order! I WAS CHARGED AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! What crooks!
I have eaten at KFC many times and it was stopped are the best meal I have ever had at KFC. Northern cooked outdone the southern cooking this time

I thinkbi got a couple of original pcs that might have cooked a bit longer. Service was a bit slow but, they were very polite. Blame covid for a shortbstagg.
