I'm sorry but this place is straight gross(probably why the inside is closed)and staff don't listen very well messing up my order every single time.
We stopped for a chicken sandwich on a Sunday evening (02/13/21). Though we had to wait for our food to be freshly made, the manager/gentleman in a grey striped uniform was so kind and seemed to be working very hard. I greatly appreciate him and other service workers who put in genuine effort for customers. Thank you!
Terrible, bought a 8 pc of dark meat and it was so greasy with this funky brown grease that I couldnt eat 2 PC's. The legs left brown puddles on the plate. The thighs were soaked in it. Not even close to crispy. Gross is the best way to describe it. 18 bucks for garbage. I pitched the rest. That will be my last kfc vist. Roy Rogers is 100 times better!!! Sad!

Don't bother going to KFC on berryville avenue of they close in 2-3 hours. They either don't have white meat, or they don't have original or they don't have any chicken!??! How does a place that only serves chicken not have any chicken?
Last time I went to this place, I had repeat my order several times for the guy to hear me, he kept telling me he was taking an order from front line so I was very confused to who he was talking to. When I got to the window the guy I was talking to was also taking money and he had an attitude. This kfc drive thru road needs a redo, all bumpy and big bumps so I feel bad for the tires when I come thru

This is the third I have tried this KFC and it will be the last. Now I will saw shame on me for not checking my order but I didn’t expect half my order to be missing.I received no sides and ordered a 3 piece and only received 2 pieces.The manager on shift was great to make the order whole.Owner, unless you are actually going to write something back that is useful don’t bother. The canned response for most of these is a waste of time to even read.
If I could give a zero in stars I would. This was the worst experience I have had with KFC. I ordered two number ones which is two pieces of thighs and fries. The fries were so dry and burned. Tasted like they was sitting way to long. The chicken looked like half of it didn't have the skin on it. It tasted like it was cooked in old grease. I have tried to call the store to complain, and they never answer the phone. I will not go to any KFC in Winchester again. And I will be posting this all over social media platforms. It is a shame to even give out food like that after working all day and spending money that I have worked for.
