I came here a few weeks ago to get food for my staff just up the road to help make their day better. The staff here was amazing and so understanding about understaffing/rough work days. I came today and they were very busy, but again, the staff was very pleasant and professional and overall amazing. Keep doing great guys.
First time here and the service was horrible. I love Jimmy John’s Beach club sandwich and that’s not what I received. There was not much in my sandwich. They did not put much meat, the avocado spread which makes a difference was not in my sandwich, and the bread was not fresh! My drink order was even wrong. I asked for sweet tea and was given coke. The employees definitely need some training. Super disappointed.
